"worst service!! will ever never use this company's service."
worst service. They have customer service in India and they don't communicate well and are not trying to help at all! In any case, if you see any chance to change your flight, I recommend not to book through this company at all. If you have to change your flight, it will be nightmare and they will charge you ridiculous amount of money. like $100 administration fee, $120 of airline fee and price difference of ticket. I talked to the ariline directly and they confirmed there is not price difference between those two flights I want to change, but Vayama keep refusing that is not true and they have no intention to help at all. They just blame on the airline and myself.
In the future, you will not see I am using their service at all. You are warned.
If you are 100% sure that you will not change, you can book through this. But if not, get away from this company.
08/25/202 Update
Finally I changed the schedule without any charge for Covid issue. However it took like 6hours Or more total to Handle this.
Each representative has different views and most of them don’t want to help. Keep trying until you get to the representative who wants to help you. That is the only way.
First they said they need to charge total about $460 and I told this is for Covid. They offered $100 waiver, so total $360. But I said there should be no difference in the price of two flights. They told me to call airline directly by myself and they didn’t want to call them directly.
So I called airline and they said Vayama should call airline directly, otherwise they cannot help. Also airline confirmed that they gave waiver code to all brokers before.
So called Vayama again and explained. But they said they don’t have code. Asked me to call airline and get the code.
Called airline again and asked for the code. Airline said it is against to rule and can’t give a code to customer directly. So they said they will put the code in reservation info which I cannot see, but the broker can see.
Called Vayama again and they told me that they cannot see any code at first. After some argument, they confirmed they can see code finally. But she told she doesn’t know what those code for and the airline should specify what those code for. Wth
So called airline again and they told me they cannot specify what those are for and the broker should apply.
I gave up at this time.
After couple days later, I called again and one guy picked up my call. He checked the waiver code and was able to change the schedule without charge.
I think I was lucky, but again I will not use this service in the future. It was super stressful.

"Use some other agent or loose your money …"
please DO NOT book through Vayama at this time. After the Corona outbreak, it seems they are almost out of business. They still don't have a phone number to reach 7 months after the closing down the regular business flow. None of the emails are answered unless the automatic replies. if you have any question or issue to get resolved, there is little hope. Airline will not hear from you if you book through an agent. So please keep away from this site unless they re-instate the phone service at the least. We booked a long world trip at the end on November 2019 unwitting the pandemic situation about to unfold. The scheduled travel was from June to July 2020. As of May 2020, we received full refund from all booking made through direct booking from airlines like American Airlines etc and third party agent like Expedia (their customer care agents were available on phone even during the peak of pandemic ! ). Some of the Asian carriers like Malasia airlines wont refund but they already issued travel vouchers which we can use in future travel. The only pending refund is the booking we made through Vayama which costs USD $2072. We already received mail from airlines (Singapore airlines and delta ) that we are eligible for a full refund and to contact the booking agent for the same. Unfortunately, the agent in this case is Vayama who cannot be contacted in any manner. The only thing I hear from them is through period automated email saying that “we are working on your refund and it will take time but we don’t have any ETA at this time”. This is not right. At least they should provide an ETA. I don’t think it is the delay from airline because we already received full refund on another itinerary from the same airline (Singapore airlines) booked through Expedia. We will never book any other ticket from Vayama

"If you even hear a whisper of the name…"
If you even hear a whisper of the name "Vayama" run the opposite direction. They are HORRIBLE! The aggravation of dealing with their customer service dept is not worth a saving of couple hundred dollars. By your tickets directly from the airlines. My trip was cancelled due to COVID-19. I had to pay Vayama an Administrative fee of $100 to cancel my tickets. Part of that fee was to cover their back-office expenses when they send the cancellation request to the airline fo refund. They took $100 right away and it has been more than 8 days since they took my money, and they have yet to send the refund request to the airline for processing. I contacted the airline directly, and it was confirmed Vayama never send over the refund request. For the past 3 email messages received, they tell me my request is "still in process".

"This is the most irresponsible agency…"
This is the most irresponsible agency I’ve ever dealt with. I booked a ticket before Covid. The airline canceled my flight. I’m trying to rebook but vayama doesn’t answer any calls. They are also lying sending messages that they are waiting for a refund when in fact the ticket has an open status and no one asked the airline for a refund.
This is outrageous!

"5th time isn't the charm"
This is the 5th time I've tried contacting them through a 2 month period because they changed my departing flight to a city halfway across the country from where I live. They have said they've changed it to be correct 4 times now, and each time it comes back with another problem instead of resolving the issue. Do not use them

"I booked two flights in April"
I booked two flights in April. I have been trying to get a refund since then. Constantly I am getting the run around with no support. It’s been over 6 months, they simply don’t reply or just stop replying to emails. They hang up the phone. Do not book with this company

"This is fraud"
This is fraud, booked trip for 4160 dollars that was canceled, airlines refunded it to Vayama (fraud) and Vayama didn't return the money to me. They are playing games with me with pointless excuses. Never use Vayama they will rob you

"I booked a ticket which was refundable…"
I booked a ticket which was refundable but when I went to cancel it. They said I couldn’t cancel it online but over the phone. However they couldn’t be reached on their phone. I will NEVER BOOK A FLIGHT with this scumbag website. I almost called my lawyer to sue them.

"They are refusing to refund me for a canceled flight"
I booked a trip in February, the Pandemic hit the US in March and my flight was canceled. I reach out to Vayama and someone replied and said I was due a full refund since my flight was canceled. After 2 months of not receiving the refund, I reached out to my credit card company who eventually refunded me the money. However, a month later they reverse the refund because Vayama disputed the refund stating that their policy does not offer refunds. It is now August, I have not received my refund and no one will reply to my calls or emails. Don't book through this 3rd party site.
