I got my money back from PayPal after claiming vayama called me three times asking me to withdraw the claim to return the money this the tricks they played I didn't and just paypal returned to me full amount
If you got cheated by vayama go directly to your bank don't even call them

Ich empfehle diese Unternehmen nicht weil Sie nur Geld verlieren konnen. Ich habe auch an E-mail an Sie geschickt aber Sie nie geanwortet.

"Absolute scam"

Absolute scam. DO NOT BUY FROM VAYAMA. I purchased a flight and was given invalid confirmation numbers. Tried calling customer service but they kept saying they are working on it and will call back, but clearly never did. Save yourself the money and do not go through this company.

Esta empresa es una estafa. En 4 meses no pude hablar con nadie. Mande muchos mails que no leen y solo te mandan respuestas automáticas. NO EXISTE EL SERVICIO AL CLIENTE. Jamás compren un vuelo con esta empresas.
Hasta la gente de Alitalia me dijo que nunca trabaje con ellos que cuando hay problemas NUNCA lo solucionan.

Not able to get hold of customer service waiting for my cancelled trip refund. Airlines has refunded more than a month ago to Vayama. They are keeping my Money.

Not recommended. Terrible customer service, very hard to get a hold. Condescending towards customers.

5 months later and I still don't have my refund even though I have verified the airline did credit them. Now you can't get a hold of them, a travel company that you can only email? SCAM - do not buy from them!!!

they stole my money , never wanna refund me back my ticket for my cancelled flight , even though the airlines have issued them my refund , bunch of cowards hiding behind their lap tops , they never pick up the phone ,only respond to selective emails , a dishonest disrespectful company , they all need to be sent behind bars . how can we go about taking a legal action against them , i have some names from the very few emails full of lies that i received from them. This company's employees need to spend some good times in jail
