"Compre 2 boletos de durango…"

Compre 2 boletos de durango mexico-Amsterdam el 19 de Noviembre del 2019 con numero de reserva VMX-1259092 me cancelaron el vuelo el 21 de Abril del 2020 y prometieron rembolsarme el dinero les he mandado infinidad de correos y solo me mandan respuestas automaticas que no me sirven para nada ya van 3 meses y no me han resuelto nada a mi ya me cobraron los pasajes que nunca utilice despues que amenace con demandarlos ante PROFECO ya ni squieracontestaron nada PESIMO SERVICIO NOOOO COMPREN EN VAYAMA

"Thanks for the REFUND Finally!!!"

I would say it took me 4 months but I did my refund finally for my 7 tickets which were approximately $5000. I would say stay in touch with them and be patience for the refund. I would like to thank Vayama for the refund. It was just barely $32 which were deducted which were service charge for each ticket.

"They are THIEVES!!"

They are THIEVES!!! They stole my money!!!
I have a refund from American Airlines with them and they are refunding it back to me. I don't understand what gives them the right to keep my money when the Airlines has refunded it back. THEY are THEIVES!!!!!

I even spoke to Interjet about my refund and Interjet sais Vayama needs to initiate the process and we will refund the money. I even send them email for this and no response from VAYAMA. I've sent VAYAMA over 20 emails explaining them my medical situation and provided them Doctors letter and Refund Receipt from American Airlines and I get 1 email from Vayama asking for Chargeback Withdrawal letter from my Credit Card company. Even after a 3 way call with Vayama Associate(which I maged to get hold of after a long wait) and the Credit Card associate and Vayama associate confirmed the withdrawal letter from the CC company is what they needed and providing them the letter I still did not get my refund. This happened more than 3 weeks back.

All I can say is Vayama has stolen my money and has no intention of returning it. After requesting and pleading them to refund the money which I can use during this pandemic times for my medical needs they chose not to respond back to me.

NOTE: The refund was travle plans that got cancelled due to COVD-19 and I'm a high risk patient so doctor's advised not to travel. My parent who are old and were travelling with me also at high risk cannot travel.

"Dreadful company"

Ужасная компания. Купил через них билеты на Air Europe по маршруту Тенерифе - Мадрид - Аликанте на 14 апреля. Рейс из-за пандемии был отменен. Деньги до сих пор не вернули. Раз в месяц присылают письмо. Мол, мы все делаем для возврата. НО, думаю, ничего не делают, просто пользуются моими деньгами. Все отели, авиакомпании, аренда авто за этот период (период моего отпуска) уже давно вернули деньги.
На электронные письма не отвечают, просто игнор. Таким, как они не место в современном бизнесе. Не связывайтесь с ними.

"This is the worst company!!!"

This is the worst company!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM. It has been 4 months since my trip was canceled. We were flying with Japan Air. They canceled our trip about two weeks before we left due to COVID. They stopped answering any phone calls and all you can do is email. In which they only reply the same thing over and over again. Everyone else I know that had booked tickets through different companies have received their money back. This company will just ignore you, and keep your money.

"Do not buy tickets on Vayama! You try to save a few bucks. Eventually lose much more!"

My flight ticket has been cancelled by the airline due to COVID. They said the money I paid for my ticket will be full refund since it's cancelled by airline. Also according to DoT guideline, it is entitled to FULL refund when it's cancelled by airline. But Vayama forced me to travel on different days unless I want to pay the cancellation fee $450. So I have filed a claim to a few places and now Vayama has refunded partially and still charged $100 for cancellation fee. Why am I responsible for it???? Such a trash company! Do not buy anything there! I will continue to fight with them to get full refund.

Update on 8/1/2020! Finally I got a partial refund from Vayama, not full refund. Vayama still charged me $100 cancellation fee. I filed a dispute to credit card company and finally they refunded the rest of money to my account. NO MORE BUSINESS with VAYAMA!

"RESOLVED (UPDATED) : refund its been 4 1/2 months since my trip was cancelled"

UPDATE : Issue resolved

I have received my refund as of today 20200802. I have updated rating based on the resolution. Thanks finally getting it resolved. Qatar Airways(services was always very good) and Vayama I think had a massive backlog but I am glad they took care of it.

Hate to write bad reviews on small business as we need them and good for society as a whole.

I think Vayama hopefully clears the back logs for consumer faster and a little more communication to consumer will go long way. I do NOT think they are a fraud. Hope this give consumer some relief that issues will be resolved.

My trip was cancelled on March 6th due to Covid-19 . I also bought a service package which would refund the tkts due cancellation or change of dates. I have been writing to them and have not got any reposes. You cannot reach them by phone or other means and recently I notice sending emails do not get acknowledged either. I contacted the airlines Qatar Airways directly several time and they can are willing to honor the request but Vayama needs to submit a request.

I am planning to take legal action in next 10 days if no action is take and get the authorities involved as it has been 4 1/2 months since my trip been cancelled. I would encourage all customers facing this issue to do the same.

"No cancelan ni reembolsan. Esperando."

He estado esperando el reembolso de mis vuelos cancelados desde Santiago a Madrid, París a Madrid y Madrid a Santiago de Chile, pero no hay ninguna respuesta satisfactoria de parte de esta agencia de nombre Vayama. Es más, había pedido la cancelación de los vuelos con anticipación, ya que sabía que no podría viajar y no recibí respuesta tampoco. Sin embargo, la aerolínea los canceló, excepto un vuelo desde Madrid a Amsterdam que nunca fue cancelado y la agencia Vayama me envió el aviso para que hiciera el check - in, pero evidentemente no puedo tomar un vuelo en Madrid si estoy en confinamiento en Chile. No cancelaron el vuelo y ahora me lo van a cobrar. Invertí gran parte de mis ahorros en este viaje y sólo pude recuperar lo invertido en los alojamientos, la renta del auto y el seguro de salud, pero los vuelos, que estaban contratados a través de esta agencia, Vayama, no hay hasta ahora solución. Ojalá me respondan, pero con los comentarios que hay aquí, me temo que no pueda recuperar mi dinero, que son más de 2560 dolares.

"Deceptive Company"

I would give them less stars if possible. I have been trying to cancel our August flight for the last two weeks.I have looked for ways to do so on their website for hours, I have called any phone number that I can find, I have emailed them, to no avail. I cannot find a way to cancel our flight or speak to a human. They are intentionally ignoring their customers and stealing our money. I will be researching as to who I can report them to

"I had to write this to stop people from…"

I had to write this to stop people from being cheated on. I had traveled with Vayama and they do have a great deal. And I wanted to book through Vayama again.

I searched on Skyscanner and some awesome deals were shown to me and Vayama was the sole seller for that flights.

I wanted to compare the price so, I checked the same flight on the official website of the airlines and it said they did not have the flights.

So I called up the airlines to check in person and they confirmed that they do not have any flight that goes with that flight code.

I've read enough reviews of people's money is in limbo because Vayama canceled the flight and is either taking too long to refund or charge extra fees for canceling.

Despite my good experience with them, I cannot help but think this is fishy. They are the only seller for the flight tickets that are ridiculously cheap and don't exist?????

Please stay away! and even the money is tight, try to book with the airlines because at times like these, if you go through third party, things get messy and your money could get into limbo.
