"I HAVE BEEN SCAMMED. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE"
I ordered natural medicine from this website more than 2 months ago now. Not only I have not received my parcel but also I have been ignored by the company. I emailed them several times, asking to track my item, speak to the manager and finally I asked for a refund. After every email I always received the same answer: your parcel comes from America and takes time is on it’s way. I am considering to start legal actions against this company, I feel totally scammed. Avoid completely buying here you will never received your item.

Ordered £50 worth of stuff in October 2020. No items, just excuses . This company used to be so good they are now appallingly bad. Currently chasing Paypal for a refund.
Don't chance it - order your stuff somewhere else.
***Update 16/01/2021 - Paypal have agreed to refund my payment - if you haven't had your stuff by now I recommend you claim back your payment immediately.***

I ordered in early October. The item has still not arrived and they are refusing to refund me. The emails they've sent seem to be blanket responses that don't acknowledge anything I've said. Be warned, total scammers. I will be reporting them and seeking a refund through my credit card company.

I placed an order on the 28th of September. They have still, after many emails, failed to fulfill it. They claim it has been dispatched, but I have not received it. I have received replies to my emails asking about this order, but each one has been generic, with no evidence that anything is actually being done about the missing products.
They have declined to give me a refund.

I ordered a package on November 9th they kept changing delivery dates still no package till this day I have requested a refund not received any emails or nothing back from them ! This is a rogue company which should be shut down they are literally stealing peoples money with no explanation or nothing please do not make the mistake I did abs order from this company I will be putting in a complaint to get this company closed down !

Still waiting for delivery on an order placed in November. No response to emails and not answering telephone calls.
Less than happy and struggling to conclude that this company is on the level, based on experience to date.
I will, however, update this review if the goods eventually come through.
update 25/1: obtained refund from PayPal.
update 29/1: made contact via LinkedIn with a former manager at the company who confirmed that it is in administration and recommended that anyone still awaiting deliveries should seek a refund from any payment providers (e.g. PayPal) who offer this service.

I placed my order in October. They keep changing my “estimated delivery date” I still haven’t received anything so I have now requested a full refund - wonder if this will non existent too 🤨. Don’t waste your time with this company.
