"So I ordered two items on 19 TH Oct…"
So I ordered two items on 19 TH Oct 2020 order no 2170701 and 2171043 I was informed that the order would arrive 19 th Nov 2020 however I received an email to say that there would be a delay and I shoud receive my order by Dec 19th 2020 to date Jan 12th 2021 nothing has arrived. I have emailed twice now they tell me that the items were dispatched.
After my last email they have stopped responding.
I have just emailed again today but also writing thie review DO NOT ORDER from this company it's a SCAM

Ordered aged garlic from this website in October. It was continually delayed until a partial order was apparently posted in December with an estimated arrival date of the 17th and 18th. Nibhave heard nothing since and no delivery. When you email them there is just an automated reply. Absolute scam, stay away.

"Like many others"
Like many others, I have been ordering from this company for years. Great prices and generally easy to contact by phone and reasonable delivery times. Occasionally there's been the odd hold up for an item which I've chased up by phone and it's usually a stock issue which is resolved. This time I made a sizeable order on 28 September 2020. I had an email in late October to say items fully dispatched but I am still waiting for delivery. Tried to contact by phone in early December but that option was worryingly stopped in late November. I've emailed on several occasions and have actually received prompt replies. Unfortunately as others have reported, I have been given the same excuses and asked to be patient which I have been. Sadly, my patience is now ended and I will be contacting paypal for a refund. It's disappointing to see an established company like this, treating loyal and new customers in this way.

I'm the same as everyone else have been ordering for many years but my last order 19/10 has not arrived and I'm also being ignored. They have now deleted my order from my account which i will be reporting I would advise anyone else to contact your payment method to obtain a refund asap. won't be using this company ever again.

I wouldn't write a bad review lightly but Health Monthly have had plenty of time to provide some level of customer service and sadly have not. I have ordered from this website multiple times and unfortunately it's just not possible to rely on them or recommend them to anybody who relies on regular use of supplements. After every order, there are always items that I have to wait on well past the expected delivery date (which in some cases is already weeks past the order date...you don't find out the delivery day until after paying!), and so then need to source alternative products elsewhere to prevent from running out. My latest order is the worst yet, waiting over 11 weeks for several items - I have politely asked for a refund so I can source replacement products elsewhere. My emails are now being ignored.

October 17th we did a 150£ order nr 2171160. Delivery date for 24/11 !?
No more reaction on mails! No refund!
Every company, but especially a distributor of health products needs to have ethics, about doing business, communication and delivery! Probably they don't realize that people's health is depending on their service, above the fact that also steal our money. We can understand that there could be delivery problems, e.g. covid or brexit or others, but at least continue to communicate and refund our money!

"Terrible company - stay away"
Terrible company - ordered in August, no product arrived, they eventually refunded me in November after I didn't leave them alone and emailed constantly.
Items arrived in December (clearly resent) which they agreed to refund me the postage for returning - now ignoring emails again requesting the postage refund.

Still have not received my order from October, asked for my money back, they are now ignoring my emails, it is now 11th January. should not give them any stars as they have not fulfilled their order and taken my money.

"This company is a scam"
This company is a scam. I placed an order almost six weeks ago and still have not received it. They are blaming Covid. When I asked for a refund they sent the same generic letter blaming virus and ignored my refund request. Also in their generic letter they request customers not to complain on social media etc. Stay away - they are scammers.

Do not use this company. They are scammers. Placed an order in October and have not received anything. Tried multiple times to call and email but no response. Do not use this company unless you are happy giving away money. Will report to trading standards now and hope they can get my money back.
