"Avoid! Order never received!"
Placed an order on November 17th 2020, 2 months later and still haven't received my order. Tried to fob me off we a good will gesture for a free order which also never showed up? Now no communication? I would avoid this company as you will probably loose your money and have no goods to show for it. I'm now having to look at legal procedures now to try and resolve the situation.

I ordered from this company on the 1st December, with a predicted delivery of the 30th December.
I totally get that things have been busy over Christmas, and so I waited as per their FAQ – expecting some sort of delay, but nothing too crazy. Well here I am – at the time of writing this: January 18th - and still nothing. No sign of a delivery.
I’ve had items from the USA come sooner - and this is supposed to be more local!
I sent an email last week asking if my order had even been sent or not as I never got a dispatched email, just the order confirmation – asking if I could have a refund as I had checked the FAQ and had waited long enough – and what do I get??
An automated email – a garbage copy-paste from their own website's FAQ, which I’d already read. Absolutely awful customer service.
What really annoys me about this is that I ordered from health monthly in the past and my items were delivered fine. Clearly, I should have heeded the reviews here before making my this order as consistency doesn’t seem to be this company's strong point!
If they were struggling to keep up with the demand they should of done the sensible/honourable thing and closed their website, instead of allowing (yep – they’re STILL allowing) people to buy items that might never arrive at all!
I’ll be looking into getting my money back via my bank/paypal. I advise anyone in a similar situation to me to do the same – or to just avoid this place if you can. You can get what you need from more reputable traders who actually talk to their customers!

I have been emailing for monthS regarding products that I have never received for only receiving automated replies.
Where is my stuff ? I want my money back. NOT FAIR THAT YOU TAKE MONEY AND DON'T DELIVER

Now food Calcium D-Glucarate- 500 mg, 90 Vegetarian Capsules, should have arrived 10 April, never received as per below
Please refund the non delivered items

Hello Health Monthly Team,
I've placed an order for Niacin on 12 Nov 2020 which was showing a delivery date of 17 Dec 2020.
I've still not received the items.
I contacted using the "Contact Us" link on your web site and there is no response / action on that as well.
As you will understand, this is simply unacceptable and hence writing a review here.
In the past Health Monthly delivery and customer service was very good. I had no issues at all.
But with this experience, I'll certainly not be recommending this site to any of my friends.
I'll certainly appreciate a quick resolution to this issue.

I too have used this company in the past and never had a problem. this time my order delivery date was December 2020 due to shortness of staff and corona virus, when it did not arrive I sent an email requesting a refund and like others, got a automated email reply with a new delivery date 28th January 2021. I again requested a refund but no reply. I do wonder if this company is in financial difficulties and maybe going under. My advice to others would be Do not order anything from this company

"Non existent customer service!"
I’ve used the company before and delivery is always a bit slow but usually arrives when expected. However, I ordered something in October which was due to arrive on 27th November 2020. I started trying to contact them just after Christmas (allowing for delays). I cannot get a response other than an automated response. It’s not good enough. They have my money. Sort your customer service out.

Placed an order in September which I still haven't received; my emails requesting a refund have never been responded to, just an automated reply asking me not to write them a bad review; they are not answering their phone lines, their customer service section is now down on their website.
