Have been with Health Monthly for years ordering the same tablets ? Placed and paid for my order 19th October 2020, After 3 months still no tablets arrived ? After various emails between us, I asked for a refund as they said 3 Months was unacceptable for non delivery, They have gone to ground ? I am still awaiting their reply. Very poor Customer Service to a Loyal Customer ? All they need to do as a Business is let your customers know what's happening with there order and return there money if they are not satisfied with there service , Would they be Happy if they gave away there money to someone and received nothing in return ?

Scam!!!!
Don't order anything from them!!! I ordered a supplement almost 2months ago! After one month I e-mailed them about my order, and they said :
"Unfortunately we can no longer ship Swanson Rhodiola Rosea Extract, 3% Rosavins & 1% Salidrosides - 60 Capsules x 1 from the allocated North Dakota USA warehouse, as we are no longer using them due to long delays many of our customers have been experiencing..
The item is also out of stock. Please confirm whether you wish to wait 6-8 weeks for the items to be ordered in to the New Jersey warehouse, or if you would prefer to cancel your order?"
I replied saying I need my money back, and guess what, never heard from them again!!!!
Sent them another e-mail , to remind them, but Nothing!!!
I would give this company a 0 if I could!!! How can companies do this ?? Why no one is checking on them!!????

I’ve been stolen by them.
I’ve ordered vitamins in the 9th October but haven’t received these till now (19th January).
I’m in contact with them for months but they keep saying I need to wait to receive my products, refusing to progress my refund. It’s ridiculous.
Now they are ignoring my emails.

I placed an order on 5th October, part of which came quite quickly but the remainder, 3 bottles of multivitamins, still has not arrived. For these items I was given successive delivery estimates of 3rd November, 8th December, and finally 18th December. They were supposed to have been dispatched on the 19th November. All this time they were sending me daily emails about a stock clearance sale, though even these seemed to have stopped after the 13th January. I contacted them on the 9th January to ask for a refund if the items couldn't be delivered within 7 days and received only a bland boiler-plate response (which, inter alia, asked people not to leave negative reviews). There seems to be no customer service in operation at all and no way to get a refund. Brexit and COVID together are not sufficient to explain these delays. Today (19th January) I couldn't even log into my account. It looks as if they may have actually closed down, taking approximately £50 of my money with them.

Ordered some supplements on 12th Nov 2020, but received nothing. After chasing via email was given a cock and bull story about the item coming from the US via Gibraltar! After 7 weeks decided to ask for refund, which they ignored. No longer respond to emails at all, and their phone is disabled.
They are total crooks and fraudsters, and should be avoided at all costs.

Avoid avoid avoid. Placed an order on 15th November which still hasn't arrived even though it allegedly shipped on 15th December. They do not respond to emails and website appears to no longer show any way to contact them

Claim to have items in stock then tell you 2 months later they are being sent from USA, no tracking so they don't have a clue where anything is, 1 star flatters them to be honest.

"ABSOLUTELY AVOID!!!!!"
I have always had previous good experiences from this company. However, this is no longer the case. I feel they have probably gone under. I placed my order 2 months ago. I have NEVER received my order and they have since stopped all communication. They aren’t even replying to PayPal as I am now using PayPal to try to get my money refunded. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!
