This company web site is drastically reduced, many web pages don't open like "Contacts", the phone does not answer, the subsidiary web site swanson.so.uk has closed, so I would have to conclude that this company is in the process of closing for good.

I have used this company in the past and did not have any complaints, but now there does not seem to be any customer service at all. Ordered in November, 2020 and have still not received. I am glad that my bank helped me with a refund. Do not recommend.

In the past, I have given Health Monthly 5 star reviews for their excellent service and good value for money. Alas, this has now stopped. Their service has become the worst I've experienced from any online supplier.
I am still waiting for items from 3 orders placed between September and November last year and all allegedly dispatched. The company response initially was that all orders will turn up eventually and to please be patient because of Covid-19 difficulties.
Obviously many businesses are having some problems currently. However, now the only response from Health Monthly to requests for information and refunds are automated replies. I am trying to institute a charge-back claim with my credit card company.
Until further notice, I can not recommend the company any longer. and I note that a number of other purchasers seem to be having similar experiences.

I placed an order in October, been fobbed off twice using Covid and borders as an excuse. The last two emails have been ignored. I paid with PayPal so today have raised a dispute... It's terrible what they are doing to people, scamming everyone .. not sure whats happened but they are clearly in trouble. Not my problem. I want my money refunded!!

Ordered and Paid for product 1st November 2020
No item arrived as yet. Some emails with excuses. Most laughable that they can't Refund unless you send the item back to them. Not possible of course if you haven't received the item in the first place. I pointed this out to them , but they now do not reply to my emails. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE>

My experience is the same as many. £53 order in October. Various auto-replies when I email asking where is the order. Request not to leave bad reviews because the team's well being will be affected. No response to a request for a full refund. I believe this is a scam company.
My advice to you, do not use it and find another supplier!

I placed an order early November and it still has not arrived. I have sent 4 emails to this company and they just keep fobbing me off telling me to wait longer for my order. It’s now January and the order still has not arrived. Do not order from this company. It’s a scam.
