"Two orders, two problems"
This is the second time I’ve had problems with this company. The first time I was charged a significant amount of customs duties from what is supposed to be a uk company. Eventually that was sorted.
This time I ordered some vitamins on October 25 and eventually was told that delivery was to be December 21 but have still not received anything despite several emails.
I would not recommend this company as it appears I’m one of many to be having problems.

"Company is liquidating!"
They've always been five stars from me. Cheap, quick delivery and a good range.
However, I have just received a letter as a customer with an unfulfilled order, telling me that they are winding up with details of how to get in touch. I ordered ages ago and nothing came.
Strangely, the stuff I ordered afterwards (with a huge discount due to its going out of date, arrived from America, in dribs and drabs and was brand new. Not really sure what happened to the company but the recent reviews show that it wasn't it's old self - possibly not unlinked to this past year of lockdown. Who knows.

"I ordered 20th Oct 2020 not received"
I ordered items for over £52 on the 20th Oct 2020, as a pensioner its a lot of money and we have not received the item. I have text them regularly but only get automated email replies. As soon as I asked for a refund late December I had a dispatch notice.
Don’t buy from them, you won’t get your goods.
It is now 8th Feb still no delivery
14th March I have to finally say goodbye to my money.
I wish I had payed with paypal.

Just after leaving this report, I lodged an APPEAL with PayPal for a refund on non delivered products!! I’ve just received my refund!!! YES YES YES!!
If you bought with PayPal, you have 180 days after the date of purchase to get a refund if your product never arrived!

FRAUDULENT THIEVERY as they take your money, no product arrives & they refuse to give a refund! No tracking for postage either!! Do not buy from this company!!!

Upon checking your order, I can see that these products are from our US brands range.
We are aware that our US brands and suppliers have been taking longer this year, and your help in highlighting this does help us to push for faster dispatch and delivery from shippers on your behalf.
The US to UK & EU shipments are subject to additional transit time for customs clearance. This is due to the restrictions for US labelled products not being permitted to stock in UK dispatch warehouses within local regulations, hence the fastest compliant routing for your order from the shipping warehouses outside of the UK & EU and every package has to clear customs.
We handle the complete customs clearance and payments for you, and this is included in the cost of your items, so you will not have any concerns or unexpected costs on import that you might otherwise find with US sellers that do not include customs clearance, duties and taxes in their pricing.
Our fastest delivery for US product dispatches is from the Gibraltar warehouse, and when those stocks are sold out due to higher demand, the products are shipped direct from the US warehouse to you for the fastest possible dispatch from available stock.
I can confirm that your order was processed and the available stock was allocated to your order. There is a weekly collection from the US warehouse, direct to the UK for our processing and payment of clearance for you. This then moves to the UK postal sorting office and from there should be the usual UK & Europe shipping times.
Orders which have left the warehouse will arrive with you, and we track and clear each dispatch to ensure that all goods arrive as quickly as possible customs cleared and duty paid where applied.
So, please be assured that your goods will arrive, and these extended shipping times are currently typical for US products, which I hope you find brings you a broader range and competitive prices from our unique service.
