"No Delivery..Poor Responses"

Ordered product 2nd September and 12 weeks later still nothing despite order status as fully despatched since 25th September. I have requested information several times via emails and all I get is an automated response blaming Covid. Delivery lead times on their website are still very misleading. No facility to ask for a refund other than an email which may or may not even get acknowledged.
Very poor customer service....even a little honesty would help if indeed the delays are due to Covid. Sounds a bit scammish to me...Caveat Emptor!

"Finally arrived after 4 months"

Ordered in July. Nothing came. Made me wait 2 months before they would refund me. Today my package finally arrived 4 months after I ordered it.

I won't be paying them the refund back. Not after such an inconvenience.

Wow I wished I had read the reviews before I purchased my vitamins back in September, now middle of November and all they can tell me is that they will arrive! Like others have posted, customer services are a joke, no tracking number available, they can’t even tell me if vitamins have left USA. They are using pandemic as an excuse, I think the company are in trouble. I’ve requested a refund twice, now passed on to PayPal who are dealing with it. Never again! You have been warned.

I placed my order in August and still waiting for my product in mid November. I have emailed them numerous times with a response of them saying they will get it out to me on specific dates and it never shows up. This company asks people not to leave bad reviews but after 4 months of waiting and £20 out of pocket I would say to anyone not to use this company as most likely they are a scam or uninterested in sorting out peoples orders. Would have giving no stars but that wasn't a option.

Very poor company, sounds like a scam. item delivered 2.5 months later, no clear response to query, long automated email. Trying to hide under too much orders to deal with.
Not dealt with such a poor company , Refund takes 6 weeks after return ! will never provide refund looks like.
Hassle and frustration not worth for supplement purchaes

Would not give this firm even a one star. Placed an order on 20 September 2020 and haven't received the products. Three emails received stating it's on its way and I have asked for a refund twice. Disgusting way to treat a customer. Do NOT use this company.

Purchased from this company before without issue. Made another purchase in August, nothing has been sent and just excuse after excuse and now emails ignored! Total scam, will never buy from them again. Anyone else in this situation please report to your credit card company and Trading Standards to stop these scammers!

I purchased 2 items on the 3rd of September 2020 been told so many times I will receive my goods and still nothing!! All I get is automated emails, complete joke.
I have requested a full refund, yet still nothing. Compkete joke.

Same as some of the reviewers are saying.Made an order on 20th September still waiting 2 month's later.Asked for a refund got same generic email twice now, "It will arrive soon".I understand the Covid situation but im getting orders a whole lot quicker from China. What if my order never arrives?I lose my money? If the suppliers are that bad change your suppliers or product.I won't be ordering from this company again either. Just not acceptable to run a business this way.Date now 12 December still not received and I know I won't,luckily I payed through paypal still got to wait another 30 days from when escalated to PayPal. Going to be 3 1/2 months by the time I get a refund. Disgraceful service on all levels.
