"Do not order anything from these…"

Do not order anything from these people. My order was missing an item and ask that they please make things right, and they told me they would do so. I have sent request after request and after two weeks I am finally going to have to try something else. I am a disabled person living on a extremely small Social Security disability benefit and have no way of purchasing anything else. I have made them aware of that as well. Just remember everything these people only care about take your money. It does not matter in the least if you get what you ordered or not. If you order something online from these people you are just gambling with people you are being told not to trust.

"Huge Collection of eJuice"

Every time I check out the flavors on VSS I see a ton of new ones that weren’t there last time. Can’t say this for certain, but it seems like they have the biggest collection of flavors that exists online. I don’t even need to look anywhere else since whatever I want is right here.

Ordered from these criminals, they have not shipped my items. 56.00$ gone. I am currently going to file a complaint against them with the State Attorney General. They have not returned my call, not responding to emails. Basically thieves. Don't (Do Not) do business with these people.

If I could rate this place a zero I would. Do not order from this rinky dink company. They don't care about their customers. Ordered 2xs from this company. First time I received old dark colored juice. Contacted company with multiple emails and never received a response. Second order I was shorted 3 bottles of juice. I contacted them and they said "not our responsibility....juice was shipped". Bad customer service.......

"Our Brand VSS"

Love these guys. I’ve been buying my vaping goods from them for two years now. They have everything from hardware to e-liquids, so I really don’t need to go anywhere else for my vaping supplies. Their stuff is definitely authentic, and we know that that’s not always the case with vape distributors.

Placed two orders within. 30 minutes of each other. Got the shipping confirmation emails, only received the first order. I’ve left two voicemails and two emails and nothing. I will never use them again!!

Stay away from this so called company. I ordered 13 bottles of juice and received 10 and they will not send the other 3. Going to call the better business bureau and report them. All of us dissatisfied customers should ban together and shut this frivolous company down. I should have looked at their reviews before buying.

Total scam. Not even sure if this is an actual business. Placed an order about three weeks ago. Received order confirmation email the same day. Charge was applied to my credit card two days later. Never received shipping notification. Never received my order. I've emailed their customer service department three times requesting an update or a refund. Never received a reply. Filled out a request on their site, again no reply. I received an email from them asking me to rate my transaction a couple of days ago. What a joke! Filled it out and guess what... no reply (shocker). Next step is fraudulent charge claim to my credit card company and then to the better business bureau. Also planning on searching for other review forums for their business to share my experience. Wish there was a way to give negative stars. Avoid at all costs. Again, TOTAL SCAM!
