"Bad business I’ve used this online vape…"

Bad business I’ve used this online vape store last year with no issues. Then I decided to try again on 1/7/2020. They took the money plus the extra shipping money. A week went by I figured ok I’ll wait till weekend for a email for shipping. But nothing plus they will not respond to any emails or voice mails and I’m sending them many of each. I’ve sent them copy of invoice of order and amount paid but nothing crickets is all I’m getting. I’m out $60 with a company that went from a good store to rip off scam these excuses I’ve read about from different customers that did reach them by phone. There happy because they finally reached them. I call all day every day and it takes for ever to get voice mail. The excuse one typed was their computer was messed up lol ok so does that mean your phones are broken too? Even if the send my products or not I will never trust them ever. I’m calling bank to get my money back then calling BBB and I’ll post every where not to buy from this site ever never dirty cheats like a Democrat get off your butt and fix your orders

"Ridiculous"

Ridiculous. Wish I had done some digging and asking around before ordering. I ordered from VSS on January 15th 2020- 4 bottles of juice AND purchased priority shipping for an extra $9.00. Total purchase amount of $51.65. It’s now January 27th 2020. I have received nothing in the mail and have been getting “vape mail” from other companies that I ordered from, AFTER ordering from VSS, every day for the past two weeks.

I have also received no tracking info or responses to my email. I called and left a message, no response as of yet.

I’m now seeing tons of horrible reviews on this company, and that combined with my current experience? I’m gonna give 1 star and say BUYER BEWARE.

On their site, their processing time is 24-72 hours. Why are people not getting their orders for 2+ weeks??? Why not just update your processing times to reflect the truth.

If I do not hear back from them by the end of the week I’m filing a charge back. I’m calling a scam. I’m a small business owner myself and would never do this to my customers. Vape Society Supply’s reputation is awful, just google it. Yikes.

I generally don’t write online reviews but I believe that Vape society supplies is one of the best vape supplies and accessories website out there. They have a huge online store with tons of products and an exhaustive list of variety in each product. From eJuices to butter creams, from loaded donuts to nicotine salts, you name it they have it. When it comes to vape supplies and products, I don’t go anywhere else. I have placed 4 orders with them till date and all the orders were delivered on time.

Prices on the products are also very reasonable and economical. I ordered the products in their on-going sale and got additional discount on the combo deals. The money was deducted from my credit card after the order was confirmed and I got order number and confirmation details on my email promptly.

Shipping is also very prompt and hassle free. No issues at all and I mean literally no issues. The shipping people called me twice to confirm the order and the shipping details. After that, the order was delivered to my place 1 day prior to the expected delivery date. Everything neat and tidy, snugly packaged and no damage in the product.
Great variety, genuine prices and on time hassle-free delivery – all at the click of a button. What more can one ask for. I recommend VSS to all my friends and anyone reading this review. Go for it people, these guys know what they are doing.

I placed two orders on the 17th. They shipped only one of the orders and they will not answer their phone or respond to the multiple support tickets I opened. I am still missing an order and in the dark. I am prepared to file a charge back and a complaint with the BBB. How hard is it to just ship the other order?

"Good company gone shady😕"

I ordered juice and coils 1/7/2020 and they took the money out on 1/9. The status stayed in processing several weeks. I attempted multiple times to call and email without no response. So the other day I filled a complaint with BBB and got confirmation that they sent the dispute to Vape Society and I would be hearing back from them soon. Well wouldn’t you know the very next day my order is being shipped. Supposed to arrive today. I ordered from them several years without any issues but this last order will be my last!!! Not sure what the issues are with them but I won’t ever chance it again!!!

made a purchase for $95.87 on 1/16/2020 money was removed from my account the same day, it is now 1/24 the order is still processing on 1/24. I have sent several emails to customer service with no response from the company. If you call the business it goes to voicemail. BUYER BEWARE.

"Slight glitch but everything is on the way!"

I have been doing business with this company for 2+ years and have never had an issue until recently. They provide excellent juice at a price point that no one can match.
I placed a large order $150+ from Vape Society Supply on 01/11/20. My money was withdrawn and I immediately received a confirmation email saying my order had been received and would be shipped very soon.

I began to worry when my order had not shipped a week or so later.

After contacting VSS over the phone (888) 978 8507, (this took a few attempts) I was chatting with a team member, Marco. Marco was very friendly and explained the reasoning for the delay. They were out of the product I had ordered, but we quickly came to a solution. Marco let me know that with this change, the order will be shipped out today.

I give VSS 5 stars because they have been so stellar for so long. They provide excellent juice, shipped securely, at a price point no one can match. The juice arrives unscathed and is fresh.

Although I am upset that it took a little while for this order to be shipped, I was greeted with excellent customer service from Marco who very quickly came to a positive solution.

I will be doing business with VSS again. Thanks Marco

p.s. I will post an update with their safe shipping methods to debunk everyone who claims otherwise

"I've been a customer of theirs for a…"

I've been a customer of theirs for a couple of years now, but over the last month it appears they have just been taking orders and not fulfilling them. No one answers the phone or email. My last order has gone unfulfilled and I was forced to dispute it with my bank. Stay away from this merchant, they are robbing people at this point.

Consistent customer for years, never had an issue. They took my money 1/9/2020 and have yet to send my product. No reply to emails, won’t answer their phones, and I’ve now had to contact my bank to get my money back. They just lost another life long customer.
