These guys are done as far as I’m concerned . Have been ordering with no issues for a couple years now without issue.
Placed order January 8th for over $125.00.
Money came out of account same day.
Haven’t heard a word since .
I have called and emailed multiple times with no response . Not how you run a business .
I can’t figure out how to get my money back through the website, so I guess I’ll have to go through the bank. I used a debit card to pay so hopefully that doesn’t screw me on my refund.

Been a consistent customer for years, but now the company seems to be completely ghosting everyone. No responses from countless emails and phone calls. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Evidently they have switched from a business to a scam. Order from literally ANY other site.

I've been ordering from Vape Society Supplies for a couple of years now, always had great service, shipping was always quick. i had no complaints until recently. my last two orders from them where horrible, the processing took forever and then they didnt have what i wanted in stock so i was made to choose something else, then i ordered on Jan 3rd, here it's now the 15th and still in processing. Ive called them 7 times left voicemails each time, i've sent too many emails to count, no reply. as of yesterday i requested a return of my money since they havent been shipped yet. i've heard nothing. does anyone know if they've closed? it seems like they went out of business and told no one. if i dont hear something soon, im going to have to contact the better business bureau and nevada's attorney general Aaron Ford. I hope someone who works there will read this and correct whats been happening. ive seen others on here who've had this same issue

I've been a customer for a couple of years and always have had a great experience with their prices and shipping times.
I placed an order on January 4th and as of January 13 at 4:30pm CST, there has been no progress. The order is still listed as processing. I have made several phone calls during business hours and I get transfered to voice mail. I've left several messages and emails looking to get an update on this order. So far, it's been 100% radio silence.
UPDATE 1/14/2020
I called their number twice in a row and I finally got an answer. I was told they are having an issue with their computer system where if an item in the order is out of stock, the computer moves to the next order without notice. The woman I spoke to pulled my order and shipped it out while I was on the phone and provided tracking info. I will update this review once I receive the order. I would recommend that anyone waiting for an order hammer their phone until you get an answer. Their number is (888) 978-8507.

No confirmation, no tracking number, just dead silence with no money and no product. Screen shots of transaction sent with every request for resolution, order number given with every voice mail. ......Nothing at all. great deals on Ejuice aren't so great when you cannot get your product, your money, or even a response from the company!

An update, as it is only fair. After several days I was able to call about the time they opened. Called repeatedly until I got a human. Amazing service and very professional. Apologized for the issues they were having with their systems. IT was working on the issues. Gave me my tracking number and told me my delivery was due the same day. It was in fact delivered just minutes after my phone call.

are taking people's money, bur don't ship the products, don't answer emails & phone calls. I contacted my credit card to reverse the charge

Ordered January 2nd...paid extra for quicker delivery, 3-5 business days. Several emails, phone calls just go to voicemail, filled out form on site requesting update and tracking info, as order still shows processing. Crickets. Will be calling credit card company on Monday to reverse payment and get my money back. Don't play with my money!
