"A week later no response to multiple…"

A week later no response to multiple emails no answer to phone calls and my order still says processing when there site clearly states no long than 3 days for processing

I ordered on December 30th. It's now January 11th and still no package. It says it's been shipped and for the passed 3 days it's said it's being delivered via tracking.
I decided to get on and look these guys up and holy crap bad reviews across the board. I'll never order from them again. I'm also seeing that they may be affiliated with e-juice mafia. Nuff said. 60 dollars lost. I'll update if I ever receive my ORDER.

I placed an order December 30th and it still says processing. Today is January 11th, I have sent numerous emails and left messages with NO response whatsoever. DO NOT ORDER FROM VAPE SOCIETY! They are extremely quick to take your money but that's it. I work hard to earn my money and expect the same from everyone else. Very disappointed with this company!

I have always gotten great service before with Vape Society. I placed an $66 order December 29th. It is now January 11th. I have tried to call and send mssg on site with no response. I don't know what has happened, but I need my product or my money. Not happy this time

I placed an order on jan 3rd today is the 9th I have not received any emails or anything stating my money will be refunded or if it will ship, they used to be very good about shipping and delivering a day ahead of schedule. But then they went and STOLE MY MONEY DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER WITH THESE PEOPLE.

Been ordering from these guys since may, orders have always been shipped within the 72 hour time frame and once it's shipped, usually get in 2 days at most 3. Example: I placed order Fri Jan 3, by tues evening it had shipped and was in my mailbox by Thurs Jan 9, despite all the negative reviews I will keep ordering unless they do me wrong. Love the selection of juice and prices

"Long-time customer let down by shipping"

I'm a long-time customer, maybe two and a half years or something like that. I order a few times a year at most, almost always over $100.

I arrived here after my last shipment took an unusually long time to get shipped out and was horrified at the reviews. Has something happened over there?

All told, it took exactly a week from date of order to delivery for me to get my latest order, I am on the other side of the country from their Nevada warehouse. VSS does definitely always take longer to process in comparison to other online vape retailers but it's never been this bad. After my order was still showing as "processed" six days after ordering, I sent them an email inquiring about status. To my surprise, it was shipped out just a few hours later using USPS 2-Day Priority.

I am hoping recent issues are mostly due to the holidays and the uncertain regulatory environment in the U.S. right now, but who can say. I am hesitant to recommend VSS however I'll probably continue to order from them as other than their shipping times, they haven't really let me down. Except one time they held my order hostage because a juice I ordered was out of stock and didn't tell me until I took it upon myself to ask where my stuff was.

Orders have always been accurate
Trustworthy website
Easy ordering

Cons:
Longer shipping time than other retailers
Spotty customer service
Bad inventory system (site will let you order things that are in fact not in stock, this can delay orders)

Overall I give Vape Society Supply 4 stars, mostly due to their highly competitive prices and wide variety of juices, the biggest negative as other reviews clearly demonstrate is their long shipping times and questionable communication. Hope this is helpful to someone!

Vape Supply is the best value online Vape store I know of. I’ve been getting my orders in reasonable time. I’ve seen reviews when I became concerned when one of mine didn’t track right away, BUT I still received it in time. There I also or was a msg on their page apologizing for delays. It sounds like they got slammed with orders and were trying hard. With the prices and sales they offer...it could happen! Thanks Vape Society Supply!

"This company used to be one of the best…"

This company used to be one of the best out there for ejuice and salts, but it seems that as of December 27th ish, they have closed. Havent shipped anything or returned email, and definetly do not pick up the phone. I am personally out a lot of money from my last order i put in on dec 29th. Its a shame, they were really good.

"Scammers"

Scammers. They don't ship product after charging your credit card. Don't bother to email them or call them either as you will not receive any reply. Stay away from this company, they have officially lost my business and most everyone else writing negative reviews.
