"Horrible customer service"

I seem to be having the same issue as a lot of people from the comments I've seen here. I placed an order over a week ago. I recieved an email soon after I placed the order and it stated that my order was being processed. I've yet to hear when it's going to be shipped. Have sent several emails and messages through their help section of the website. Definitely this is not a way to conduct business. Would be amazing if I heard something from them. Some kind of contact with me letting me know what's going on. Or just refund my money and I'll take my business elsewhere. Totally disappointed.

"I have been ordering from Vape Society…"

I have been ordering from Vape Society Supply for well over a year with no issues. However this time it's been nearly three weeks without even a response from multiple attempts to contact customer service.

It's sad, because until now I've had noting but a positive experience with this company

Update

25 days after being charged, it finally shipped. Regardless this is still absolutely unacceptable from a customer service standpoint, and still never got any response from customer service.

"Still no response"

Still no response, e-mailed and phone. NO communication what so ever. [Order #827238] (December 10, 2019) if it back ordered let some one know. Give a refund, NOT credit, because if this is the way you do business, you will go out of business and file for bankruptcy. You had something great going on, now you have ruined it.What a waste!!!

"Placed an order December 7th (826165)…"

Placed an order December 7th (826165) received an email that it had shipped on December 11th but I’ve yet to receive my order. I’ve sent 8 emails over the last few days and I’ve gotten no where with their customer service. They keep saying please send us a picture of the order tog received but I have no picture to send them. I’ve made multiple orders and this is the first time I’ve had this issue. You spend 80$ you should get what your ordered. If they had a phone number listed I would have called by now. I orders bottles of juice for Christmas and it be real nice to actually get them.

"I have recommended vape society…"

I have recommended vape society supplies to my mom and step dad because I absolutely love their juice, and their bundles, however my step dad just informed me that he placed the order and had not gotten a confirmation or a response from costumer service. He is going to the bank to get all his money back from them ASAP. I am very disappointed and I couldn’t believe it when he told me that. I thought he was mistaken and had him show me, because my boyfriend and I have had no issues at all these last few years, so why is this becoming a pattern with other people as well all of a sudden? At least reply to your costumers by email.

"vape society finally worked things out with me and i received my order in two days"

------updated review. the reason why my order took so long was because they were out of two juices that i had ordered. I got in contact with someone on their facebook and he or she fixed the issue right away and told me to pick new juices and it would be sent out the next day, which it was. They let me get juices that were a little more expensive which is decent customer service, but they also sent me a black hat and two 100ml chubby storage bottles. so they did indeed make up for the lack of communication, and everytime i get juice from vape society supply, it is always steeped well and good to go. Other places i have bought juice from, they willl be so light in color and i have to steep them myself for sometimes up to a month for the juice to come full circle. Not giving a five star because if they were out of my juices, it could easily have been fixed by a simple response to my tons of emails and phone calls. I understand it was a busy week, but businesses get busy and to run a good business you gotta have really good customer service to keep it alive! Thank you for fixing my order and sending me a black hat. You guys really do have the best vape juice, best quality as well and really really good prices. Shipping is always fast once your order is confirmed. Got it in two days. Great customer service once I was able to get a hold of someone!

I really just want my money back now. Ordered Nov 2, almost 100$ purchase still no confirmation, never had problems like this before in the past, ever. I know it was a busy holiday weekend but I have reached out over ten times now with emails and phone calls. Not cool at all to just completely ignore a customer. Wish i would have gone through the other sites I use for vape juice they just have my absolute favorite ones. Paid for shipping for this crap, super lame.

"Beware!!!"

Beware!!!! Put an order in on November 30th processed through my bank account never received an updated email on my purchase. I have sent two emails and left two voice messages NO REPLY BACK!!! It is now December 13th where is my money or products?!? Will never make this mistake again!!!!

"Absolutely terrible company"

Absolutely terrible company. I’m feeling ripped off because I ordered over 100$ worth of juice 3 weeks ago and have not been shipped anything. After numerous emails I finally got a response saying they are waiting on a company to send them juice that I ordered. The customer service is horrible because they completely stopped replying to my emails. This feels like a scam company ran by a teenager in his moms basement. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT SHIP YOU ANYTHING!

"What is going on with VSS lately?"

I have been ordering from VSS since June and always had fast service, no issues.

I placed an order on 11/26 #783874 and it's now 12/11. I asked for an update through the website message system on 12/7, all I got was an auto reply that they received the message and someone was working on it (58162) and the second message I sent today (59388), same auto reply.

I work in customer service and I completely understand how the holidays can backlog shipments and processing. But good customer service would be communicating this to customers and having a reliable messaging or IM feature that lets you speak with a customer rep. I will chalk it up to the holidays and hope I see my delivery before Christmas. I will also be spending my money elsewhere until I get my delivery.

"These guys are absolutely legit"

These guys are absolutely legit. I placed my order on 12/2 and it took til about 12/9 for me to get frustrated and wonder what was going on with my order, so I proceeded to use all the proper channels in order to get in contact with them, and after a couple emails, and a couple of phone calls I was able to speak with someone that works in their customer service. After explaining to me he was new and they were very backed up I understood they were busy with the holidays and everything but I thought to myself, 6 working days was ample time to get my order out. I have to say he handled the situation with great profesionalism and went out of his way to search for my order, and get it shipped out right away. Let's just say 2 days later my order arrived and they did indeed take care of me and make it right. This is why I am a loyal customer and only order my stuff from this company. I see all of these negative reviews and I understand where these people are coming from, but just be a little patient, they will get your order out and take care of you, the people who work here are far from scammers and will make things right. Thank you vapesocietysupplies for being a solid company to shop with and deal with. 👍👍
