To be honest, this is my first time ordering from Vape Society. I paid for Express shipping, for my order placed on Thanksgiving. I knew there would be some sort of lag in filling my order, but it has now been 5 days since I placed my order, and the status is still processing. I tried to call customer service, but it just keeps going to voicemail stating no one is available to take my call. I am going out of state and need my shipment before I go how much longer will it take? My order # 796778. *According to your website my order is still processing, and I have not recieved an email with any tracking information. Though, the response clearly stated that my order was mailed yesterday.

Order packaged 6 days after placing the order? You shouldn't have a business in the age of the internet if you can't provide proper order fulfillment in a timely manner. Last order I place on this 'website'

"just stick with your regular site"

Ordered 2 bottles of juice on friday night 11/22. Got confirmation and was charged immediately. today is 11/30 and it is STILL processing. my order number is 769508. I emailed them on wednesday 11/27 about it and got an automated response. Called yesterday and it goes straight to voicemail. There are thousands of online vendors and this site will be out of business sooner rather than later if this is how they treat customers. Took a risk on a new site.. bad idea

"You website is not working during the…"

You website is not working during the Thanksgiving holiday.
I've been trying to take advantage of the Black Friday sale.
There is a problem updating my cart. Website times out.
Support has not gotten back to me in 2 days.
There is no contact Phone Number only email.
There is no Phone Number for ordering.
Please reply with solutions or lose my business for good.

"Just shop locally"

Just shop locally, because with them you can pay the same 30-60$ on stuff but it doesn't mean you'll get it on time or at all, I haven't gotten my juice from them, I've left messages and emails, but no one is contacting me back, and usps said they cant help that I have to talk to the vendor, and so now I'm stuck with no products and I'm out 30$.

I have order for over a year now almost monthly.My last order I placed a week ago and have not heard anything, usually get an email confirmation.I usually have my order by now so not sure what is going on.My card was charged immediately.

"Hit or miss, I guess you never miss huh"

Pros:
You can't beat the prices.
They've introduced me to some of my favorite lines.

Cons:
You may be waiting, on average, a few days for your order to be shipped.
Customer service is poor, but has improved for me recently. I've had some sketchy situations with them previously.

Overall, when everything goes smoothly, it's fantastic.

"My honest opinion"

My honest opinion? That's easy. They suck. I ordered coils, and it's been 14 days and I still havent recieved my package. On USPS, since the day I ordered it it said it was in transit to the next facility. So I told vape society and they said to me 3 days later its wasnt their problem. So I talked to USPS and they told me they were looking for it, but advise me to talk to the vendor about it. So i called vape society supply the customer service. Multiple times not once, everytime one after the other it went straight to the voicemail. Why even have a customer service phone number at this point if they dont have customer etiquette. I sent them emails. With still no reply. It takes them days to reply to you. Theres no point in ordering from them. Stay as far away as possible from this vendor. They suck and that's that.
