🚨🚫 DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE 🚫🚨
I would not do business with this place ever again!
My order was never received, I called usps and discussed the problem and they suggested I contact this place and ask for a refund or to re-ship my order. I contacted them and explained what happened and they refused to do anything about it. I got ahold of someone on messenger and they were willing to work with me with the condition that I take my review I put on the page, I took the review down and I’ve been ignored since. All in all worst experience and customer service in the industry! Would not and will not recommend this place!!!

"No broken juice bottles."

At first I was upset it took longer than I expected to receive my order, but when I received it and seen how carefully they packed up my ejuice bottles, it was worth it. Most places just throw it in a box or puffy pack, but Society wrapped every bottle with bubble wrap individually. Perfect.

"Garbage site."

the only good thing about this site are the juice prices, everything else is a hot pile of garbage.

1. it took 4 day just to process my order plus shipping time so im glad i didnt pay extra for "faster" shipping.

2.all the juice i ordered WAS NOT SEALED which is sketchy af.

3.the juice i got 100% was old stock because it was real dark yellow almost amber like it was sitting on a shelf steeping for months.

4.costumer service is nonexistent because no one ever picks up the phone or responds to emails ,and from reading other reviews if you do get a email back its some automated garbage response.

so i guess it goes without saying im never ordering from this site again and honestly no one else should.

p.s. all the positive reviews are from people that either work at the shop,are people close to people that work at the shop , or are people they pay from fiverr to leave them good reviews.I cant tell you how i found this out but trust me its 100% facts.

Edit: all the juice i ordered were all 70vg/30pg mix so they should all be the same thickness but i noticed some of them are noticeably thinner. this is why not having sealed juice is an issue. cant tell if its been thinned or tampered with.but still never shopping here again lol

"Never again"

Never again. They latch you on and as soon as a problem arises, they leave you. I have ordered a few times with vape society. Every time ordering more. The last time, back in Oct.4th I placed my ordered and it was due to arrive on Oct. 7th. Everything was ok until my local post office misplaced or lost my package. I was told by my post office only the sender can apply for a refund. The reciever can apply when the sender buys additional insurance. Well, I explained that to Vape Society a NUMBER OF TIMES, IN DIFFERENT WAYS, DIFFERENT FORMS. I sent all the proof I could to show them, I wasnt trying to beat them out of their supplies, including the number to USPS in my town. I received 2 emails from Vape Society and they all gave the same answer. They all directed me to open an investigation with the post office, mind you I have already sent them so many emails explaining to them what happened, even a case number. But clearly either they were not reading my emails or acting stupid so they do not have to deal with the issue. Today is Oct. 31st and I haven't received my money back, let alone any vape juice from them. When I call, it states that they are closed for the day, to call back or leave a voicemail. (Smh) Very frustrating not getting a response when you have been loyal to them.

"Service Sucks!"

They've filled some orders OK, but they're customer service sucks. I have a shipping problem currently and have not received my order in over two weeks and they have been completely unresponsive to my multiple attempts at contact, other than an automated response. Will never order from then again.

"Hoping I didn’t make the wrong decision"

I do not have my order yet I just ordered last night but usually when u order they send you a confirmation e mail and I do not have that and reading all this makes me nervous. I hope I didn’t make a wrong choice in choosing this company to order from! I will come back and change my review if I receive my order!

"Sells stale old ejuice no guarantee"

Sells stale old ejuice , and tells you to contact the manufacturer for a refund or exchange . They sell you something and offer no warranty or guarantee with the classic professional apology and definitely redirecting all responsibility on you the buyer . Stores like this are the reason people get sick .
