Horrible horrible horrible experience with this company. Very poor customer service that is only available through submitting a ticket, which they do not respond too. Company sent the package to the wrong address and failed to respond to my ticket request to change it before they sent it out. This is not the first time this has happened either. Never do business with this company. Prices are reasonable, but traumatic experience with their customer service. Will never do business with Vape Society Supply again and I recommend you do not either. Their are more "legit" websites out there.

Do yourself a favor. Stay away from this company.
My first purchase was chaotic. It was an over a hundred purchase and I wanted to change the juices for the salt versions.
Wrote many emails and opened a few tickets with no feedback at all.
They couldn’t care less for their customers and this service really sucks as it’s non existing.
The prices are fair and so are the itens they’ve got but things just don’t work.
I recently tried electrictobacconist and they’re great so is direct vapor and they’re prices are pretty similar so google it and get a good service.
Stay away from vss and I bet pretty soon they’ll be out of business.

Placed an order of strip coils and eJuices from vape society supplies few weeks back and got the delivery last week. I was not happy with the quality of the strip coils at my local store but the one provided by vape supplies is amazing. The eJuices are also quite nice and the flavour available here are not available at local stores. Money wise it is also nice as one gets really nice deal.

I have used these guys for years and have never had an issue. But the last order I placed in Jan. 2020 I have not received nor have they responded to multiple emails. I dont know what happened but do not order from here

I was a customer of theirs for 3 years. Never had an issue. Well in November 2019 I ordered Pennywise by Bad Drip, the order was pending up until January 2020. I left a terrible Review on their Facebook page which prompted them to Message me using messenger. They did complete my order, only after I warned new customers to not do business with them
Please stay away, don't give these scammers your debit card info

The worst customer service humanly possible. They took over month to ship and did not answer one single email or phone call. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. I would give zero starts if possible.

Ive ordered from them before without issue. Unfortunately the fourth time I placed an order. They created a tracking number. Never shipped it. Stole my money. Ignored my email. They dont answer their phones and dont respond to voicemail. Stay away!

It's interesting to me to see that for most of January, VSS is getting bad reviews.
I've been a customer of VSS for a few years, and have placed multiple $200+ orders with them without any need to hunt down my tracking number, or email them at all whatsoever. Dispatch was always within 3 days, order in my hands within the week.
I placed an order for about $100 (with paid 2 day shipping) on January 21st, 2020 and my order is still processing. 8 business days later, and 10 days overall, and I have opened 3 tickets with them, and have not heard a single thing from a representative and have not been able to get through via phone.
This is unusual behavior of them, but they have $100 of mine and refuse to contact me about my order FOR WHATEVER REASON that it wasn't dispatched within 3 days as they specifically state on their website. This has probably been my last order with them simply because it's unprofessional, rude, and honestly I'm p*ssed that I've spent so much money with them even outside of my current $100 that's (as of this moment) going to have to be disputed with my bank due to negligence on VSS's end.

If I could give them - stars I would... absolutely the worse company I've ever "tried" to purchase from. 11 days since I placed the order and it's still processing. I have ordered from 2 other companies since then and recieved everything on time with both. Multiple calls and emails to them with no response. If I lived closer to them I'd be standing in their ****** lobby do yourself a favor and order from another company. Dont believe it? I tell ya what call there # before you order and see if you ever get to talk to anyone.. ha

UPDATE #2: He said he would ship it out last Friday. Never happened. Order is still processing. I just got someone else on the phone and she said it would likely be another WEEK before they could ship me my order. I told her to refund my money...we’ll see if they actually do it.
Buyer beware.
I will never be ordering from them again. It’s unfortunate because they used to be great, but they have slipped and I don’t think they’re going to recover.
UPDATE: I finally got someone on the phone and they said they were out of the liquid I ordered but that they are expecting a shipment tomorrow. I suggested to them that if they are out of stock, they don’t allow people to order as it’s not fair to run their business using my money when they don’t have the product I ordered. If my order is shipped tomorrow I will update this review and add a star. Original review below.

I ordered $104 worth of liquid from this company on 1/17/20.
The order has not shipped as of today 1/30/20.
The order still says “processing” on their website, but the charge was made to my credit card.
I have sent THREE separate support emails through their website. All three have gone unanswered.
The first two emails were attempts to find out what was going on with my order.
The third email was an attempt to get a refund. I have heard nothing from them and I am now forced to call my CC company to resolve this.
I have been ordering from them without major incident for the last year or two. My previous order took more than a week before I received a tracking number. That was unusual. Again, at that time I sent a support email but it was ignored.
This time it has been nearly two weeks and I have heard nothing from this company.
It’s appalling to me that they would use my money to run their business without providing me the product I ordered, or at least attempt to communicate the reason.
I will be forced to call my CC company and dispute the charge if I don’t hear from them by this weekend.
