"Misleading partner purchases"

buying products in the online shop is misleading. I bought ski gloves that were coming from a supplier, not decathlon directly. Even at the end of the purchase, I could see that decathlon has a 365 days return/exchange policy. Now I went to a physical store and I cannot exchange the gloves, it needs to be through the partner which no longer accepts returns.
All this partner deal is not transparent and in the end damages decathlon's reputation. I would still like to change my gloves or receive a refund.
