Not only were the products OUTSTANDING, but arrived on time, very well packaged!
We ordered the lobster bisque soup and would recommend ordering additional lobster meat, but none is necessary as comes in the soup!
The customer service representatives were excellent in answering any questions I had prior to the order and really helped!
We loved the clam chowder and don't go past ordering the deveined, cleaned shrimp and cocktail sauce (yum!)
We made a prawn tree which really sis have the WOW factor with Maine Lobster's beautiful product!

If there were a way to give 4.5 stars I would but despite my misgivings about the way shipping costs are quoted, these lobsters arrived in good order and great taste following a holiday weekend! I’m very likely to order again, but I’m curious if I can send the packaging back for a credit?!

I ordered a live lobster, oysters, salmon and mussels. I am very satisfied, I am not giving 5 star because the mussels were not in a net, so they opened and lose their water.

"3 Fails in one week :-( MLN16140 & MLN18412"
I love the product, however, I would think twice before ordering products during the holiday season. We had THREE fails in the one week of Christmas and New Years Eve. FAILURE #1....10 lobster tails and 2 lbs. of scallops arrived 24 hours late and completely thawed on Christmas day so we had to cook and eat everything Christmas day instead of saving something for New Years Eve. FAILURE #2 on their part was a non-delivery to my mom's house for Christmas Eve. We paid the extra $25 Season Surcharge for shipping and handling, only to receive an email that they lobsters did not ship as promised. We received this email from them...

We called them to discuss shipping the product for New Years Eve and they said they would throw in a couple of extra lobster tails. I sent them an email confirming that this was an acceptable resolution. FAILURE #3...Nothing was sent on either New Years Eve or New Years Day. After calling MLN to see if they shipped the product for New Years Eve or Day I spoke to a customer service rep over the phone to say that no one checked the email regarding the acceptable resolution. Our only option was to reschedule for another time or cancel the order. Since the holidays were now officially over we cancelled the order and are hoping for a refund.

Thanks for makeing my mothers birthday amazing. We ordered 3 pound lobsters and king crab.order arrived the next day and the quality was outstanding. Wil be ordering again for my husbands birthday.
