I gave the lobster rolls to my friend and her family for Christmas and they loved it! Crazy how it came from Maine all the way to California over night. They said it was tender and delicious. I also ordered some whoopie pies for their dessert

we received from my cousin gail fellows 3 2bl lobsters and 6 ears of corn/ and we ate two of the lobsters me and my wife/ and took the last on apart and going to have lobster rolls some time this week it was the best lobsters I have had in a long time very tasty and the corn was excellent/ the whole me rated from 1 to 10 was a 10 1/2 / great meal and great service getting it here in florida while they were still alive// great company you have up there/

From the excellent customer service when I first called to the prompt delivery of the live lobsters we say thank you and Merry Christmas. I definitely knocked it out of the park this Christmas Eve with the delivery of live lobsters! Will definitely be doing this again and hopefully it is a new family decadent tradition .

"lobster NOT Now"

I have ordered for the past 4 years from lobster now. They were amazing. I always order 4 / 3 pound lobsters for Xmas eve for my sons birthday on Xmas, never minding the extra for next day air and holiday delivery. I placed my order on the 20’th to arrive the 24’th.
I called at 12:30 eastern time to find out tracking # and was then told that I was not going to receive my order because they overbooked with fed ex. I was furious and asked why I wasn’t called sooner. They said they were doing it this morning . I never received a call or text. I feel their blatant disregard for the situation I was put in was shocking. Now we have to make other plans 6 hours before dinner. I am done with lobster Now and will give lobster guy a chance
