"Totally dissatisfied"

Totally dissatisfied. I ordered two packs of frozen lobster meat one came in fine the other was not vaccum sealed and was freezer burned. I contacted customer service via email with pictures of the lobster and got no response. I would not do business with this company!

Food was great but received no confirmation my order shipped. Unfortunately, when it arrived, I was missing part of the order which was very disappointing. I contacted the company right away and to their credit, they were quick to refund the missing item without any hassle.

The 3 - 1 1/4 lb. lobsters arrived as scheduled in excellent condition and everything I needed. Prepared them in my MASTERBUILT electric pot steaming them in the seaweed. Served w/Roasted Corn-On-The-Cob. Absolutely wonderful. Will order again. Got hooked on 1 1/4 lb. lobsters many years ago on my travels to Boston and Maine. They are the most delicious.

The ordering was simple. Received my package in a fast efficient manner. Haven't cooked the lobster or bisque or the filet until Xmas. Looking forward to it. Have ordered from this company before and was very satisfied with the food. Hoping my feelings will stay that way.
