Excellents produits et super articles 100% made in france. J'ai acheté un t- shirt col roulé, matière "sport", que je ne quitte plus, tellement il est agréable, respirant, tout en tenant chaud.

Très joli pull camionneur, belle qualité, merci pour cela, je suis ravie.
En revanche, j'ai acheté ce pull sur le Salon du Cheval. J'aurai aimé que la réduction de 10% sur le site puisse être appliquée en "prix salon".
Ceci n'est en rien une critique envers la vendeuse ce jour là qui n'avait sans doute pas la main pour cela, elle a d'ailleurs été super. Mais quand on paye pour accéder à un salon, les commerçants sur place font généralement des prix dans la mesure où le client a déjà payé le prix de son billet d'entrée. Je laisse ce commentaire sur la partie commerciale aux autres commerçants qui étaient présents au Salon dans la mesure où aucun commerçant n'a pratiqué de "prix salon" ce weekend là.

received my dress, had a pull/hole in the zip, which was fine, i took photos just incase, not thinking anything of it because with a hole that noticeable at the zip, the lender would know it’s there, anyways i receive an email with a photo of the pull in the zip and an invoice to pay, i replied with the photos i had and they kept saying they couldn’t see it, sent it 4 times they still “couldn’t see it” wouldn’t recommend

I would give them a 0 star if I could.
Rented a dress online for a Saturday wedding interstate. The lender posted the dress on the same Monday, I thought everything would be fine. I arrived on Thursday thinking the dress would definitely get there before I did, IT DID NOT. I started panicking on Friday as the dress still was nowhere to be found. The tracking number wasn’t even correct, this goes to show that the customer service team didn’t even verify if the tracking number was correct.
I then contacted the customer service team, they then had to chase up the lender for the correct tracking number only to found out the lender did not ship it through express shipping, so I was not going to have a dress for the next day.
At this stage, it was Friday afternoon. They then informed me they could send me a link to see which dresses are available for pick up on Friday. I sent them three different links and they said they would contact those lenders to see if I could go try them. After that, it was radio silence. No one contacted me ever after that. Not a phone call or a text following up on the available dresses for me to try/pick up for the wedding I needed to attend in less than 24 hours.
