DRAMAT z obsługą klienta!! Zwrot nadany na początku stycznia - po ponad miesiącu jeszcze nie został zarejestrowany. Jest już dawno po regulaminowym terminie sklepu. Miłe panie z infolinii nie wiedzą dlaczego. Bezskutecznie czekam na zwrot środków i cisza :( Wielka marka i niestety jakość doświadczeń klienta - na dnie!!

I returned a bra, but they don't offer a collection from Royal Mail door step collection. Even for disabled people. I got a friend to take it to a post office. over 50 days later I still received no refund. The returns go to a Hub in the UK then sent on to Germany.
I will never buy from them online again.
Be warned.

Var inne i butiken på asecs idag vid ca 11.33.jag gick runt i butiken en bra stund ca 10 min, personalen stod i kassan kom inte fram och hälsade eller frågade om jag behövde hjälp. när jag väl var framme vid kassan var hon så otroligt otrevlig. jag var för snabb med att betala men ångrade mig direkt, men eftersom butiken upphör ( lika bra med den personalen) så var det inget återköp annars hade jag gjort retur där på plats direkt. ush på er som anställer vem som hellst. inte konstigt att er butik upphör.

"Unsupportive Bras...very Unsupportive Customer Services. Never again!!"

I purchased 6 bras the same..the right size. Wore 3 of them a few times, washed as per instructions...they were not supportive and thereafter basically unwearable. They refused to take the 3 unworn bras back to resell, as over 30 days since purchase, and had no interest in having the 3 worn bras back to assess them. Patronising and pointless Customer Services....just about the worst I've experienced. If you want a supportive bra which lasts more than a few washes or helpful Customer Services avoid Triumph. I will never buy from them again!...and interestingly it seems almost impossible to leave bra reviews on the website...that speaks volumes as they don't want the negative reviews.

I ordered online with a discount. Unfortunately it did not fit. Asked if I could change the product? No way, the discount was gone....
