Craig’s company provided me with a pair of Lift Master Gate openers and associated equipment and he has been a great help in the installation and programming of the openers. Initially he helped explaining some of the instructions in the manual and once installed he helped me was the wiring, programming the remote controls and photo cells. This is involved a number of phone calls, some of which were conducted while the installations work was in progress which took quite some time. The Gates are now working satisfactorily. I should like to commend Craig’s help without which it would have been very difficult me to get the gate openers properly installed.
I should like to add that when considering a choice of supplier of the gate openers. a major factor in my acceptance North Valley Forge’s quotation was the offer of support with installing the openers, rather than accepting offers from more local suppliers.

I didn’t have a clue what I was doing but Craig to the rescue….He was so kind, patient and helpful in enabling me to program the new key fobs to the old garage mechanism. And guided me very well on which set up I needed and then once installed I phoned him again just to make some fine adjustments and so we are set up spot on and I can use the VidexSMS app to control gates from my mobile so a Massive 10 out of 10. This is thanks to Kelly Thompson - what a star she is - NVF are lucky to have someone as good as her! I contacted her at 11.25am this morning and within ten minutes she had contacted me back & arranged for an engineer to visit within the hour - amazing service!! The gates were working again within 90 minutes of my initial contact - brilliant!!!!
Also thanks to Shaun the engineer who came out to us too - he’s a great lad and has given us full functionality back - we can even text the gates to open & close now thanks to him- awesome!!
I would recommend this superb service to anyone!!!!

"Tried ordering a part online payment…"
Tried ordering a part online payment accepted, call the next day from a rather arrogant person advising the card isn’t registered to my address (it is).
Then tried 3-4 different cards same thing.
Now I have over £1,400 in limbo on 4 cards for a week or two whilst the bank / gate auto release the payments.
No offer of help poor customer service would avoid.
