The staff at Home from Home are very pleasant and easy to work with during the booking process and have always been extremely prompt about providing any help needed during my stays in their flats. I’ve stayed in many Home from Home flats. All have been located in wonderful neighborhoods, very well appointed, clean and well cared for.

"Room for Improvement - Not sure I would book again with HFH"
The accomodation was fine , albeit expensive, but I think there could be some improvements for Home from Home:
- there are some issues with paying by debit card. some payments were accepted one was not - after which I received a rather unfriendly email
- they require a deposit which is refunded about 10 days after departure
- i recieved an email after our stay semi-accusing us of damage. when I rebutted they told me by reply that's okay the owner says the damage was there already !

"I have sent huge document with list of…"
I have sent huge document with list of problems directly to Home from Home. They did respond to every call for help but that flat with non working appliances a totally unacceptable bed and many other problems should never have been on the market. Unless Home from Home responds to our complaints we will obviously never use again and will bad mouth to every contact we have.

"Excellent choice for our stay in London"
The communication with all the members of the staff Sandra , Lia , Jayree was excellent . They answered all my queries right away . It was very good to receive a pickup at the airport when we arrived . The house was very comfortable and spacious for our family of 5 and there were several appliances to make our life easier amd to make us feel like we were at home . I would definitely recommend renting their appartments .

"We rented a flat for seven days"
We rented a flat for seven days, costing $400/night. There was a lot of noise at night, sometimes to 2 a.m. We sent various comments on the flat to Home from Home, but they never responded. Also, we had to send a reminder, three weeks after we got home, to have our security deposit refunded.

professional, helpful and responsive - with an excellent range of properties to choose from. I found the key collection/ drop off worked well and when a problem occurred they fixed it on the day. The flat I rented was exactly as described and perfect for my needs. I have recommended this company to friends already.
