I’ve been seeing Jake for a couple of months now and I can’t recommended HP enough. Jake is patient, explains things clearly and has worked tirelessly to help get me referred to the hospital for further tests with my back pain. Extremely reasonably priced for the great job that they do. Jake has given me plenty of support and advice on how to manage outside of our appointments. A family member has also seen Dale multiple times and recommends him just as highly!

I've had both a dodgy hip flexor and painful shoulder within the last year, Jake has helped me out with both. My shoulder would always leave me in pain after a workout and now Jake has worked on and it and given me a few exercises with the band it's starting to feel 100 times better :)

Last Monday I walked in,on crutches.My back pain was.so bad iwas in agony.Jake treated me and today 21st June I had a final appointment. They are not miracle workers but wow,what a great job he has done.Now able to sleep,and drive,slight pain which I expected,but with the exercises he gave me to do and the treatment,am 100% better.
Can not recommend Hardimans highly enough,staff so friendly and helpful.Thank you so much for the treatment

Absolute top draw for my sciatica issues , after seeing various physios for years , Dale fully explained my issue and resolved it within 6 weeks 😊 would highly recommend to anyone as he gives you full attention and sets you goals on your road to recovery 👍

Dale is always very honest with your recovery time and never insists you come in unless you need to. His PhysiApp exercises are a great help and you have to actually do the exercises. Don’t blame Dale if you don’t do them and you don’t recover! I trust him implicitly.
