Terrible customer service, bought an item on line at the sale price, £13 off, they sent me an invoice and took payment, 3 days later get an email saying they can't honour the sale price and can either refund me or charge me the extra £13.

Great from start to finish, kept me in touch with what was going on with my order via e mail and phone call. Had a small issue with putting it together, my fault not the bikes, called the Norwich branch and they walked me through the issue, overall highly recommended.

I got a puncture on the rear wheel of my e-bike. As this made it complicated to repair I went straight to Giant on Hall Road who were super-helpful and had me back on the road n a little over an hour.

I bought an E-bike at this Specialized store and needed a lot of guidance on how to use it (being an older cyclist, not very comfortable with using a computer/ smart phone to manage all the features of the bike. Biagio was very patient! And very good at explaining everything. Previous assistants were also very helpful and respectful of my needs too. It took 2 hours of explaining but I feel fairly confident now and know that I can ring in with any problems I have any time

Despite the website saying my bike was in stock before purchase, I was then told there was a delay in the supply and I would be contacted when the bike was ready.
My free 20 day bike insurance has come and gone and I still have no idea when I will receive my bike. It’s all a bit disappointing
Company have been in touch and clarified situation and I am now very happy with the order and expect my bike soon

The bike I wanted was out of stock everywhere I tried until I got an email from the Colchester shop confirming they had one left and transferred it to Norwich who kept me updated..definitely great experience and will use again
