"Great ebike purchase experience"

Tom did the presale for our bikes, and spent a great deal of time going through all the available options, explaining all the features, pros and cons of different frame types. Really open, friendly, patient, and no hard sell.
When we picked up our bikes, John was equally patient and in depth, going over maintenance, finishing the set up, and again spent lots of time with us, even though the deal was done. Good recommendations about accessories, and again, no hard sell.
I’d thoroughly recommend anyone looking to purchase an ebike or anything else related to visit these people, they were real experts and clearly enthusiasts.

Had my beloved Giant Anyroad repaired at the Colchester branch following an accident and couldn’t be happier with the service received.

It all took some time but the guys kept me updated and worked hard to get it back to me as soon as they could.

I purchased the bike from them originally and have had all service work carried out here and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

"Friendly fast caring service"

I bought a Scott Solace e-ride from the Specialized Concept Store in Norwich by email/phone.
Really excellent fast service. The bike was shipped by next day courier and was meticulously wrapped up to make sure the bike was untouched by the box journey. Communications on the phone and by email have been friendly and efficient.
A couple of issues (no UK cable supplied with charger & frame rattle) were resolved without fuss.

I would really recommend this store (even for remote purchases).

Simple purchase of a couple of fat bike inner tubes - half the price of elsewhere on the 'net, so I bought two!"
Prompt service, and items arrived within a day or two.
Th website could have been a little more user friendly with regard to the options to click & collect or home delivery, as I'm out of area, but a minor quibble.

The bike was a great price, checked, photographed and despatched first thing next morning and delivered (for way less £ than everyone else) the following day…..to the Scottish Highlands from East Anglia! Mind blown! Great communication and couldn’t recommend highly enough. First class service. Thank you.

Great service from Tom at the Ipswich store. First major service on my wife’s Specialized ebike. Came through with flying colours and Tom phoned to advise me of work done.
Friendly and attentive staff in the shop - thoroughly recommend!

Absolutely terrified that my girlfriend and I won’t make our ferry to Amsterdam from Harwich, having popped my bike chain, It was a breath of fresh air and such a relief getting such an amazing customer service from Tom Nick and Bob:
They even made us a coffee, empathising the relief we felt whilst Bob rechained my bike.
One of the most stressful experiences on our trip became a quick fix in a few minutes and they were such a great laugh as well.

I couldn’t recommend this shop enough. If you ever need anything, I would highly recommend everyone to try this amazing bike shop.

"The part ordered was fine"

The part ordered was fine. The service not too good! The delivery and billing address were mixed up. Once I discovered this, it was remedied by Cycle Revolution fairly quickly.
The couriers APC were awful, the man and woman on the phone were rude and unhelpful. They also don’t deliver on a Saturday?

"Absolutely fantastic customer service…"

Absolutely fantastic customer service from all at Cycle Revolution in Colchester especially Tom and Nick.
Called in to look at an E-bike after our friends both bought one and Tom was very helpful in assisting me on which bike, colours and sizing 😂 (he’ll know what I’m talking about!).
We ordered on Monday and it was ready for collection on the following Saturday as it wasn’t on site and had to come from the warehouse.
Upon collection Tom explained the basics to me and also fitted my bag and drink holder. He also very kindly double checked our bike holder was fitted onto our tow bar correctly as it was the first time we’d actually used it.
If you’re looking to buy a bike, these are your guys. They have excellent knowledge about all bikes and are so friendly and helpful and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
