"Very good managing agent"

I've been working with Benn and the team for 6 months now. Initially held off writing a review until we had reasonable about of time with sebright managing our block and I can not rate benn and his team highly enough. Good communication and well exceeding our expectation vs both our previous managing agents.

"Unprofessional property management"

Highly unprofessional service. They are good at property mis-management. Always ready to pass the buck. They'll blame others for their inaction and incompetence. Very poor communication skills. Defensive in their approach. No proper record keeping as well and conducting regular management of the site and equipments.
