"VERY RUDE STAFF AND POOR SERVICE"
I am sharing the experience of Sebright Property Management Limited/ Benn Thompson and working as Nina Administrator.
I have called them for one of Health and Safety issue of our property. for three times and which was not solved by him from a last month .
Today again when i call for on going issue for property office Administrator do not passed called to property manager which i polity asked her today. she did it before she lied that Mr Benn is not in the office however he is in the office that day. And the Mr Benn he called back and said do not call again for this matter, because of you we having issue, i am too busy with 6 people conference during our conversation, he abruptly hung up on me while I was explaining my concerns. This behavior was not only unprofessional but also deeply frustrating.
We are paying good money for good management service. As a service provider Sebright did not give us good service.
I strongly advise others to avoid Sebright property management ltd. Their unprofessional conduct and poor service have been a major disappointment. I hope this review helps others make a more informed decision when choosing a property manager.
My additional response to your reply.
Let me correct you here Mr Benn
1) i haven't repeatedly ask Nina to transfer called to you i have just asked her only one time. and she said you are not in today, which is totally lied. when i asked her to transferred my call to other property manger she denied. Then she started rude to me and said "i will write an letter but if you are keep talking to me i will not doing that as you much you are westing my time on phone i am not doing it" when i asked her when i was called first time from that you keep saying i will writing a letter so why you haven't done it yet, it is been 10 days, she replied on it that we have other works to do we are not free we don't have only your complaint. And then when i asked her full name for make a complain against her she denied it as well." Which she can't denied it as this is our right to ask her."
2) Then i call on Account team and speak with Mani, she is very polity give me answer and said Mr Benn is in office today and other property manger are in meeting and i asked her when it will going to finished she said to me let me check and she said after 11 am so i told me that if you want to complain about anything call after 11 am which i agreed and when i asked her Nina full name she about to give me and suddenly Nina came she heard that Mani is giving me her surname she shot on her which i heard it, and then Mani said to me sorry i cant give you her full name please call after 11 am and then i put call off.
" so i were never rude to Mani nor she as well to me".
3) And then in 2 minutes after you called me and shout on me as well when i want to explained the whole things you denied it and not listen to me at all and keep saying that i don't want to listen to you, you told me i am too busy with 6 people conference during our conversation, and you abruptly hung up on me while I was explaining my concerns. - just to clarify you are not only busy we are busy to as we are also working, we don't have spare time to wasting behind the problems which you were never solve in time frame, and we have to keep contact you 4 to 5 time for resolved it, but still we are doing that and contact you again and again for it because we are paying for good service which we never get it, and in future i am strongly believed that we will never getting it as well.
We don't like to called you again and again for same issue why we are doing it because you are failed to solved the problem in time frame. i have checked with our neighbor's they said they had complained to regarding this problem via email on December 2023 for which you haven't back yet.
And lastly why you want to call me and discuss it again as when i tried it you abruptly hung up on me, you have time on that if you seriously feel that you want to solve our problem after your so called conformance, you were called back to me to explained the situation but you haven't did it, only because i have put my review and experience in trust pilot you want me to call you back.
And let me remind you that i have complained you about other problem as well for serious kitchen drainage overflow issue of Flat no 1 to 9 which you haven't solved yet at all and its been 25 days. And also for push chair issue it is still there i saw on this Wednesday afternoon. so you are failed to resolved all both complained.
Now i am very clear that the review which i have gave is very correct if there is an option for "0" star i would like to go for it, i advised to new commers "Don't waste your time or your money with this company." we have to continued because we don't have any choice our landlord is Mr. Benn's friend and he will never take action against them we know that.
