"I ordered two Lux cables"

I ordered two Lux cables. For 74.00$ and I used my gift card of 32.00$ for the total of 42.00$ Unfortunately I only received one cable. I immediately sent an email to MagFast. But they have not responded yet. Love their products but this situation is extremely disappointing.

The cables are honestly a Luxury feel. I guarantee you have never felt a more luxurious cable ever. My first Magfast cable got caught in a dyson vacuum and i thought it was dead initially so i just rawdogged and yanked it out, the vacuum broke, but the cable was honestly fine with little to no scratches or anything and i still use it to this day even on my new iphone 15 pro max and ipad pro

Cable is well built, and with the gold plated connections, it can easily handle ultra high speed charging. Add the lifetime warranty against breakage, and it's the last cable I will ever need for charging my Cell phone.

The product looks and feels great, however, the functionality is limited.
1) extreme - have not tried/needed to jumpstart, so cannot say on that. I have used for wireless charging, will charge my iPhone and Samsung to 89% overnight and never get to 100%charge. When received it was 50% changed (great), plugged in (Lux charging cable) and placed a phone on to wirelessly charge, the LEDs blinked red when the phone was placed on it (asked support about this and no answers). Charged extreme until all LEDs were lit, same flashing red lights when I use it and will not charge a phone past 89%.
2) Life - will not stay on more than 30 minutes when charging. Tried to use it to finish charging a phone (the last 11% from extreme) and will only get to 90% and will stop and turn off. This even happens when it is plugged in. And it gets very hot.
3) Air - again will not fully charge a phone when used attached to either extreme or life. However, if I plug it in with any USB C cable, it will charge a phone to 100%. It seems to perform no better than any other product of this type.
