"Total waste of time and effort"

Well I waited forever to get this and total bust. Originally when I bought into this system, in theory the system was easy to charge with the “wall” unit. The wall unit was not included with my package. Called Magfast to find out why and how to charge with out the wall unit. Automated message told me to email it quicker, hung up and emailed. That was 6 days ago and no response. Totally disappointed with this whole experience, useless product without a way to charge

There are missing items in the package. I got only one Magfast Life and two of the others. Also, I completely charge the Extreme and I don’t use it but it completely discharges within 24 hours with your being used. There are no Magfast wall plugins is I have cables all over to charge them. I am disappointed after waiting for almost 3 years for them and now items are missing and they don’t work after all your hype and magnificent claims. Magfast for life? I don’t think so but they make great paperweights.

"Hello Kit"

My Hello Kit has arrived!! It was well packaged and arrived shortly after my address was confirmed.
I haven’t actually used it yet, but I have charged up both Life and Extreme in preparation for use. I actually plugged in Extreme and ‘snapped’ life to it. They both charged quicker than I thought it would take. It was nice to watch the LED Delicious ’breathe’.

Love using the MAGFAST items I have so far. Replacing the Luxe cable was fairly easy. The replacement shipped quickly and there was no need to return the defective cable. Thankfully, I had registered the cable when first received.
