Nothing bad to say. I haven’t received their Heathrow suitcases that are still in pre order I believe, so until then nothing good or bad to say. Their customer service does respond within 72 hours so that’s a good thing. Until I test these out stay tune.

First off, I was Excited to get at least HALF of the package I ordered after 4 years. Patience is understandable with a startup company, and yep, major hiccup with the supply chain. I get it.
-But when I received the products (HALF of the Order, as the other half is STILL in production!), tho a novel idea, they don't work as expected at all!
I Reached out to customer service about an issue with their “LIFE” charger, which was acting wonky with the LED’s, and heated my iPhone 12 Pro up to HELL HOT while charging on the QI for 15 mins or less. (Glad I checked on it!)
Received an Email DAYS later, being talked down to as if I were an Idiot. (I know how to charge a power bank. It is after all 2023.. Jeesh!)
Then the “LIFE” product completely “DIED”, and will Not take a Charge or even Turn ON! Completely USELESS!
I’ve emailed since then again, telling them what was now another issue, with NO RESPONSE at All!
The “EXTREME” as they call it, charges a cell phone from dead, about the same times as a $30 charger, and takes more time to charge a phone than a cheaper bank, and takes HOURS to charge the “EXTREME” back up to full charge using a usb-C! At this point, I’d be Afraid to hook it up to my battery to give That a boost! Probably wouldn’t work anyways.
So, in all.. Receiving HALF of this inferior product order for the bargain price of $223, and half of THAT, is sitting on my kitchen table Unusable!
Mind you, I had ordered 2 of these sets, and have not given the other as a gift which it was intended, for fear it too, would be as inferior, which would certainly be embarrassing for ME.
.. And you surely can’t give a NEW gift, after Opening that brand new box, just to check to make sure it works!
-At this point, I am very disappointed, and most likely will be asking for a refund (if they ever reach out to me again), as the long wait has me with a few Good power bank choices in my home now anyways.

Very legit cable. Good length, seems v strong and durable. The adapter is well made as well. Definitely gonna have to order more for work and the cars.

Very professionally boxed and packed into a custom sized protective box that was packed within a plain cardboard box with a shipping label on kit. It arrived within the time window as advised. All units were partially charged and could be tested as soon as they were unpacked. Looking forward to Wall and the iPhone charger when they are shipped.

5 years to finally get PART of my order. And what came was cutting edge 5 years ago but somewhat common today. They have/had innovative products but 5 years to deliver on an order is just BAD!

I haven't tried everything yet, but the Air does NOT work with my Motorola Razr 5G. Light stays red and phone does not charge.

Magfast did great with the delivery of the products. I'm looking forward to the rest of the initial shipment when the other parts of the package purchased are available. Magfast products work extremely well and I love the charging capacity.

Unit does not charge so is totally useless! After waiting six years and wasting countless hours listening to hoopla, definitely would not recommend product!
