The majority of these reviews are about the presentation and what THEY say about THEIR products. How about some after the presentation? I too was impressed watching several presentations. Ordered on 12/22/22. The end it seems. Paid $497 - received NOTHING so far. When I contact them I hear how they are so behind in shipping, getting orders out ASAP, it's going to be worth the wait, they'll expedite my order, etc. But nothing changes. Today is 10/9/23 and I have nothing to show for my $497 but aggravation and not followed thru on promises.

Somehow my mom’s cable had the end break off. I emailed a couple of pictures and explained what happened and in about 10 days I had a new cord in my mailbox.

I purchased the magfast cables. They seem to work much better than previous cables that I have used. They also are more flexible. I have been usung them for the past few months with no problems.

Mine was later, and as time went by they came up with new products. I par took in the Lux Cable, which I really like. I have always liked a company that takes pride in what they sell and stand behind. And they do.
