"The BIG Heist"

Don’t invest, don’t purchase any product from MAGFast if you want to receive it. This “trusted”company (if you can call it that) will continue to fail because of all the errors they’ve made and the lies they’ve told to thousands of people who believed and initially trusted in their hype and marketing. Basically, they’ve taken the money and ran. Now they’re making new promises.

This company is a total scam please don’t give them money you will only lose it and all they will offer you is some cables that are worthless.

"2018 to now, only smoke - Bait and Switch"

I preordered series 1 Magfast charger Pro Kit in late 2018. Specifically I was interested in the "Road" as it would be a perfect addition for motorcycle use (flashlight and removable charger). Delivery was supposed to start the next year. As the next year progressed they continued providing updates, convincing and genuine, it seemed, and we were asked to patiently wait. Eventually COVID hit and that was another excuse for delay. After 5 Years of waiting they decided to change the product offerings, cancelling everyone's orders and offering 200% value in their new offering, but you could only use that for 50% of the purchase. So my $300 purchase was worth now $600, but I would have to spend $1200 to use it all. Bait and switch. I rested a refund and kept getting empty promises. At least they responded to my emails, many reviewers say they are not getting replies. Eventually they promised a refund, but it has been over a month and still no refund processed. Lesson learned

"Watched their seminar about the Magfats…"

Watched their seminar about the Magfats Luxe cable and was promised I would receive the product for free afterwards. It ended up costing $14 and I didn’t even receive the cable. It may have been an issue with UPS but they still did not make it right.

"Total scam"

Total scam. Nothing but a pick scheme using new investments to repay unfulfilled order refunds. It's been 4+ (preorder placed 7/16/19) years and I have gotten nothing and they still refuse to refund me. Avoid at all cost.

"Delays and excuses a still no products"

I pre ordered some products and after numerous emails and promises never received a "batch number" or any kind of notice other than repeated videos promising that it's coming and asking for money to invest. After all that I wanted and received a refund but only after more useless emails and video from "Seymore" which i believe are a scam but nonetheless I did get a refund unlike many others that ordered thousands of dollars worth of product and invested cash. Don't do it unless your ok with delays and excuses as to why the product isn't available, it's a type of pyramid scheme. Date of my experience is not accurate cause they won't allow me (hiding all the negative stuff) to go further back.DONT TRUST THEM!

"Liars and Thieves "

I have no idea how anyone could give this any stars at all. This company has stolen money from a lot of people including me. I ordered and paid for product in December of 2020, 4 years ago now and to this day I have received nothing, yet I have been promised (repeatedly) that my items are in the next batch ready to go. I also was foolish enough to fall for their investment scam and invested $1,000 and was told that I would get a free special Magfast charger with my name engraved just for being an investor. Again, nothing. The only items I ever actually got from there were the LUX cables that were ordered separately from my original order and those were nothing special, certainly not worth the money they charged. The boxes were nice. The product no better than what you can get a Dollar General. Their customer service is awful. When you do get a reply it is either more lies and promises or they try to get you to buy something else or take less product than what you paid for. Seymore Segnit is a snake oil salesman, he thinks he’s charming and smart, but he’s a liar and a thief. Do not send these people any money.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I fell hook line and sinker for Seymours pitch in January 2021. I loved the concept of the chargers, and spent almost $500 on a package that included stackable bricks, a charger strong enough to jumpstart a car and the Apple Watch charger.-and 16 trees being planted The concept of stacking and keeping everything nice and compact, the lifetime warranties , was all great. I understood the products were in production. I received the updates, the failures during COVID, eagerly awaited batch #27 to ship and 4 years later they've ditched the time and the auto piece, have supposedly made the original chargers better and supposedly, for my patience, I was supposed to be issued MagBucks equal to 2 x my original purchase. I tried using the magbucks, but they weren't showing up in my account. I emailed CS (which we've been asked the last 3 years not to do, in order to keep their costs down) was told about the email subject line I should have received-never did. I really wanted to use my bucks and at least get my almost $500 back in products. I've gotten 4 of the standard "we got your message and will reply" messages; finally got a real response, but her answer showed she did not read my original message in it's entirety -and since my reply on 12/28 - nothing. I have requested my money back 3 x's since 12/24 - nothing. This company is a ripoff. They have a new 'investor' and I'm tired of the song and dance. I just want my money back at this point. I've requested a refund to my Venmo account, b/c the card I used 4 years ago has been closed. Look at the Magfast shareholders FB page - it is FULL of the truth - dissatisfied people who believed in the nice guy on the video and some very cool, ahead-of-their-time products. It's smoke and mirrors at this point. Don't waste your money.

If I could vote less than 1 star I would. I understand that are manufacturing delays due to covid and other reasons but I was never given any expected date despite several attempts to obtain that information. I pre-ordered in 2018 and 6 years later still no product. When I attempted to get a refund I was denied 3 times and given some generic response saying that they are not accepting refund requests. I'm currently out over $500 due to this shady company. Would not ever recommend them.
