"Misleading"
The people are always upbeat and seem open. However, like others who have posted, I feel very let down. I placed my first order in 2018 for a wall charger and added on the tips they said would help cover the cost. I'm still waiting 6 years later. Because I recently invested, I used my "bonus" to order some cables, plus paid the extra. Six weeks later, nada. I don't know if the folks raving about their products just ordered huge amounts but I thought that since Seymour claimed they had zillions of Lux cables, those would come fairly quickly. I feel like I have been sold a used car and discovered it doesn't run. The worst is that I am unlikely to ever invest in a start-up again and I am sure there are many worthy companies.

"I've been trying to be patient with…"
I've been trying to be patient with this company. Seymour and Kate come across so cute and friendly but the follow through and truth in communication is very lacking. Promises on top of promises, videos, special presale deals not delivered, then special investment deals, then special magbucks to replace the special preorders that were never delivered. They have several hundred dollars of mine and I have one measly cord delivered out of everything I've ordered. Emails are only responded by an automated letter and no one answers the phone. I'm very disappointed in the continued lack of delivery of order products. I guess shame on me for believing in the honesty of people.

I watched a presentation in 2020 and was promised a FREE MAGFAST Wall

4 years later they said they cannot get it and they will "double" my credit to get new items. After the email came, they promised it for July 4th, I go the credit in August. Turns out the doubling my credit is only for up to 50% of the purchases (of items which are 10x more expensive than competition).

I ordered a preorder July of 2021
I ordered a preorder years ago. I was on a list to receive them in June of 2023 which was 2 year wait. It is now over 1 year later and still have not received the order. Now they say products were out of date and going to upgrade for free to double the value. NOW they want to take the full retail and give you a credit value of 50% so you can pay 50% additional to what the high retail is. What a SCAM. I am reading lots of other reviews on here that they are scamming people, and may as well forget about the order you placed for a few hundred dollars to 1000's in some cases for fancy phone chargers etc. that are supposedly now out of date and obsolete. If you order anything from here don't expect to receive your order for several years or now at all unless you pay double again. Now I receive an email stating that I get a credit of 50% of what I paid in OVER PRICED retail value toward the credit of another product, so they want me to pay double the now retail product on a new Fancier higher priced updated over priced charger, and over double the price of what I already paid to get the item I already paid for. This is a real SCAM and pitch to SCAM you out of more money and probably still will not send the items and make more excuses. Maybe this review will help stimulate them and finally will receive the order.
Their reply to my review is very misleading. The double the value for my purchase , they are saying they are offering a credit of 50% of what the double credit is. So in other words, They say Your MAGBucks total:
$1,566.00 can be used for bascially looks like some charging cables and tips for them, So 1500 in cables? How crazy is that, still sounds like I don't get anything of what I ordered.. How big of scam is that? Then I assume the way it looks I still have to pay half of what they say a 50 dollar cable is sold for. What a crock of BS. But I will gladly change the review if I get what I ordered and WOULD NOT spend another dime trying to buy anything more from this company having waited years for anything I ordered and have not received.

Worst investment i have ever been a part off they stole money from thousands of people and are still at it trying to scam more people out of money hello everyone they don't do what they say just like me and everyone else your not going to get anything for your money Semon is a thief and there's nothing else to know you invest you get scammed it's that easy.

Magbucks, really? I originally placed an order on July 23 2021. I spent almost $1K and have been patiently waiting on the products I ordered. I understand that sometimes startups such as this fail to ever get off the ground. However, why in the hell should a company be allowed to say that now I have to spend 2x as much as I originally did in order to see a product? Let alone make it seem like they gave me more and me have to spend over 6x as much in order to get what they say they are giving me. Horrible customer service. Horrible business practices. Horrible person at the top! Seymour is a scam artist through and through. Do not trust a word out of his mouth. And he has a lot of words because he can't shut up.

made an order in late 2021 or early 2022. Was on the list for shipping then they asked if they could change me to the white color. I said yes as long as they don't put me at the end of the list. They put me at the very end. Never got my product. Then they offered magbucks which would give me up to 50% off their new products. There's no way I will pay more money into a company that has no intention to send any products. Seymour's first charger company went under, his second, Magfast, was close to closing so he sent his secretary on an around the world trip which all his investors paid for.
Now he wants us to 'invest' more money with 'promises'. uhhh no. I haven't even gotten my magbucks and that was supposed to happen 3 months ago. I will have to ask for a refund from this untrustworthy company.

"SCAM COMPANY "
Ordered the family charger package, way back in March 2023.
Never received anything, but kept being told it was “in production”. Turns out it never was.
Now, all are “discontinued and outdated” and the company is crediting me with vouchers good for “50% off of any ‘in stock’ item in their store” which is only over-priced charging cables.
Not at all acceptable! I ordered a product, you can’t or won’t deliver, you refund in full in cash.
Otherwise, you are simply scammers!!!!

"Not happy at all!"
I placed my first order with MAGFAST March 18th, 2023, for the MAGFAST Family Pro Kit for $556.00. I placed a second order September 17th, 2023, for their Heathrow luggage package at a cost of $1,525.00 and a third order on September 18th for a second Heathrow package for $1,313.00.
I understood these were all pre-orders and that it would take some time to receive my orders. So far, I have received 2 Lux cables and nothing else. Now the company has discontinued everything I ordered and will not be able to fulfill my orders. Instead, they want to offer me Magbucks as a substitute for all the money I paid. These Magbucks are supposed to be good for up to 50% off anything in their store, which is only charging cables that I do not want. These were supposed to be available July 18th, and I still don't have anything. Just to be clear, I do not accept Magbucks as a substitute.
I have emailed their customer service email address several times requesting a full refund and have received only automated responses. I feel like the company has let me down along with many others.
The only way I will be satisfied is with a full refund.
