I am very happy with my pre order items. I ordered them in 2020 and received in 2023. The other 2 items were discontinued and I will be issued vouchers. I have seen many complaints on the internet about the company but they make no sense. You know when you order it is a start up company and things could take a while. I had checked on my order periodically and watched their videos and was patient. The products are amazing. They have been a Godsend while traveling and when the electricity goes out. I am still keeping tabs on them and will be ordering more items.

i placed my order back december 2020 for a product that seemed it was one of a kind first in the market but now 4 year later still waiting listening to their BS they stole all the money people gave, saymore always seem is a great scam artist and still trying to get more money out new people, I haven't got anything they already told my $500, we still has to pay to support there life stile traveling. he should go to Jail.

Magfast is a scam and at this point, I am out all the money I paid for products I have never received. I have asked for a refund 2 times yet they continue to keep blowing smoke about vouchers that DO NOT EXIST because of yet another delay. The items I bought were gifts for my family which at this point they will never receive. I am a disabled veteran and the money I sent them is not something I just wanted to throw away to a SCAM. Taking full blame for delays doesn't give me the products I preordered. They seem to spend all the money they collect on customer service they CAN NOT PROVIDE and not on cutting-edge products they supposedly want to sell.

I bought a package of chargers in 2020.
It was partially shipped end of 2023.
1 didn't work I received no help from Magfast to fix it.
I asked for a refund on unshipped items.
Magfast said unshipped items were free ones. My receipt says I paid for them.
I asked for refund again x 15.
Then Magfast said if I pay to send the other ones back then they will refund me.
But they begged me to understand that they mismanaged the business and actually need more $$ to stay afloat. And they'd give me double what they owe me in bogus $ to use as a 50% discount off of their charging cords. (But again that's not gonna happen.)

Still no refund. STAY AWAY FROM MAGFAST.
Scammers.

PS they asked people to review them on here for a discount before paying or receiving product. So most reviews on here are false.

MAGFAST has turned out to be the worst company ever. I recommend you do not purchase any products from MAGFAST or invest in the company.
It took 5 years to receive my pre-order and then I only received part of it. I bought into all their excuses - production problems, supply chain issues due to Covid, etc, etc, etc. I made the mistake of investing money in the company during their first Thanksgiving Day offering. I knew the risk but had no idea their business model was evidently extremely flawed. I even purchased over $1000 of their newer products which I have never received. Now, when I ask for a refund, I'm told they can't offer refunds. They are raising new capital and if they issue refunds "everyone" loses. I'm told they don't have the capital to refund orders that I have never received, but they will offer me double the value vouchers for those orders. So, they don't have the capital to refund my $1000+ orders, but they have (or will have) the capital to send me $2000 worth of products?? Makes sense to me... Lol. And who knows if I would ever receive double the amount of products. It may take another 5 years. And honestly, I don't want any additional MAGFAST products.
I understand MAGFAST was a young company in January 2019 when I first purchased the pre-order. I also knew there was a risk of losing my investment, but not receiving subsequent orders is ridiculous. Therefore, if I can save one consumer from making the same mistakes I did, this 100% honest review will be well worth submitting.
If I could give a 0 or negative star rating, I would!!!

Your products take way too long to ship they are obsolete before we get them. I'm ill waiting for my order and it is now more than 5 months.

I have sent multiple emails to them.
No responses from them.
And they respond with the same Boiler Plate Bull S***.

I have to fair, since Sept 20th, the response time has improved 100%. Hopefully it continues for the foreseeable future.

This company pulled a bait and switch on a LOT of their customers. When they formed, they offered a package deal of their products that were currently being manufactured. A rather sizeable number of us paid for that package in full. Then, instead of delivering a product to us, they stopped manufacturing the item. Our purchase was then turned into vouchers and doubled. Sounds great until you find out that you cannot simply use the vouchers to buy a product from them. They're only good for 50% of your purchase. Thus, no matter how much you paid up front and what you were promised, you now have to pay more to receive any item at all. And they do not offer refunds. So if you paid $140 up front and still want to get $140 worth of product, you will have to pay a total of $210 to get $140 worth of product. Even though they "generously" doubled the amount of your vouchers, if you want to spend all of your voucher money, you will have to pay an additional 50%. In the previous example, that would mean you would have $280 in vouchers, but would have to pay another $280 that you never intended to spend. So your "doubled vouchers" actually cost you $420 to get $560 of product at retail price. Which means they still get quite the sizeable profit from retail markup. Nothing like getting forced to spend more money to get something after having already paid for a product you were promised to get.

To put it bluntly Magfast is one of the most blatant cons and scams I've ever seen, and I study them. In 2019 he had bold new idea for chargers. Except he didn't. It was a product that few people who invested in it ever received. Now he has cancelled all the previous products except a usb c cable and is starting from scratch asking you to trust him again. Anyone who sends him even a dollar will be yet another victim of his incompetence. He is either a con artist or a terrible business man. Ether way, stay away. Far away.

SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! I attended one of their promotional sessions and committed to purchase over $1,000 worth of product. It has been over SIX months and to date, I still do not have it a response to my emails, the product I purchased, or a refund. Obviously, this is a scam and I fell for it hook, line, and sinker. Please do NOT be like me!!!
