"MAGFAST IS A SCAM"

I ordered products in 2019 have not received any of the items and have not received a refund after multiple requests. I have repeatedly sent emails requesting a refund every month since April, May, June, July and just as recent as a couple days ago. Stay away from MAGFAST they are a scam company. Was told that these so called 50% vouchers would be available July 4th, then was told July 18th have not seen any vouchers. Besides the fact that these vouchers won't even cover the same amount of products that I should have received. I was expecting 12 different items and the vouchers would cover maybe 1 or 2 items.....not even close to equal value of the items we were supposed to get. I want a refund or the equal amount of items that I should have received. ..12 items not 1 or 2 items.

I was asked by Magfast to write a positive review about the company. I believe that most of the positive reviews on this site were done the same way.

It turns out that the company has not fulfilled their obligations to customers.
I have asked for a cash refund on items they have failed to deliver. They have had my money since 2018 and 2020 respectively. I finally received some items, but other items have been discontinued. It has been a horrible, horrible experience.

Buyer beware! Spent several hundred dollars on pre-orders a few years ago and have received nothing. They promised an email by July 18th and have received nothing. I've requested a refund and just get pre-written email response. I also invested in the company but will probably never see a return.

"After 3 years of waiting to receive…"

After 3 years of waiting to receive just 1 of the many items that I have already paid for, I have finally received these terms to redeem my "Magfast Bucks": "soon you will be able to use your MAGBucks for their full $value for up to 50% of any product or service at our store". Note the response from Magfast in a prior review below CONVENIENTLY NEGLECTS to mention that the credits being provided can be used towards purchasing --- all over again --- products at a 50% price reduction.

Meaning ---- The $$ I have already spent is only available as a credit towards purchasing products for 50% of the sale price??!!

NO THANKS !!! I don't want double bucks, I simply want to receive each of the items I have already paid for. Absent that I will file with the FTC, and encourage others to do the same

"They lost my trust"

I placed an initial order in June of 2019, another in November 2019, both for charging products, a third in November 2022 for power cables, yet another order in March 2023 for luggage, and more luggage and cables in September of 2023. Of these orders, I have received a partial of my original order in June 2019 and the cables from November of 2022. I was promised some certificates, for double of what I have paid and not received yet, that were supposed to be available on July 4, 2024. That never happened. I was then told that the website would be live July 18, 2024. That never happened either! I am through with Magfast. All of the promises and next to none of the delivery!

"Use extreme caution"

Hmm, now they are offering Magbucks. Half off of a high priced item. Still haven’t implemented the store being activated on the 28th. Scam? Jury is still out on this one. The only thing they still haven’t come out and said for sure is everyone will get their original order from way back when! I don’t know Seymour you remind me of a politician I know of!

Order products back in December 2023. Still haven’t received my order. They were supposed to issue vouchers since they couldn’t complete my order. Haven’t received that either. This company may be a scam.

Made a pre-order in 2019, never received it. Was dumb enough to pre-order again December 2023 and as of today the majority of the products have been "discontinued," customers are promised "double" product credit that they can only use toward 50% off of a FUTURE purchase, I will not give this company another penny.

I accepted the owners previous failed attempt and my lost money, I would even accept the years that have passed between paying and getting the goods but….the marketing videos that have become increasingly cringeworthy and torturously long winded. As for the final products they are very underwhelming at best. One of the ranges, the reason for my original purchase, will never be delivered.
Then the silent months after sending their marketing person around the world before the re-launch….I am not sure how they managed together the score they have but buyer beware and Google the company for reviews and Facebook pages outside of here.

"Do NOT buy anything from Magfast...Update!!"

I placed an order in February 2024 for their Extreme Charger with jumper cables and one other item. I haven't received anything for my $650.00, except for an email thanking me for my order that same day. No updates since than.

They had a webinar on April to raise MORE money to manufacture products, yet the majority of those that ordered products previously, some 4 or 5 years ago, still haven't gotten ANYTHING from this company! Yet they sent 2 of their people on am around-the-world "tour" to try and sell their products, the same products most of us have been waiting for for quite some time.

We were promised an email in April by July 4, 2024 that would tell us what the credit they were going to issue us for NEW products would be. Myself and dozens of other people that I know of have yet to receive ANY communication from Magfast.

Stay away from this company. You will not have any order fulfilled that you pay for. All you'll have is a slightly lighter wallet, as your money will be in their pocket, not yours.

Update as of August 2, 2024.....

I still haven't received ANY communication from MAGFAST other than their standard response here on TrustPilot, which does absolutely nothing. Accessing my account has been quite interesting, as the CAPTCHA says there have been "too many attempts" and won't allow me ahead to my account. I've gotten no emails, no updates nothing from this company.

MAGFAST, I want a refund of my PRE-ORDER! Not credits, but a REFUND! I've waited long enough for unfulfilled promises while watching Kate take a world tour with our hard earned money.

Refund my money that I paid you for an unfulfilled order. My next step is the Better Business Bureau, which I'm sure has had plenty of complaints about you and your company. I'm also going to notify my Credit Card company about my product being unfulfilled, so that they can start the Fraud process.
