UPDATE: The "comprehensive program" mentioned in the reply from Magfast means I get vouchers for new products that aren't even developed yet. I don't want vouchers. I want OUT with this company.
Seymour's latest webinar landed them $1,354,611. . .
But they won't refund people who have been waiting almost a thousand days for their product.

"Missing Some of the Order"
[08/12/24 Update]
I found my order was marked as "received" when only PART of my original pre-order arrived. I NEVER received the new order I had placed after that, yet it was marked as "received" when only my partial pre-order shipped out. WHERE'S THE REST!? I'm not getting any response on this.
What I ordered, and paid for, never arrived.
I did an add-on order to my pre-order. I received only part of my pre-order and none of the add-on.
I've not pursued action because you said you were working on this. So I'm still waiting. I like what I've received so far and would like to enjoy the rest.

"Sketchy, Dishonest and Distrustful Company"
After nearly 4 years of waiting for my Pro Kit pre-order I find out that MAGFAST thought they were going to have to close. It was no surprise to me seeing how incompetent and mismanaged the company was. I do not think they will survive long term. I requested they refund my pre-order and they have so far refused. That is a major red flag of how this company operates and should act as a warning not to buy from this company. Are they that cash strapped they can't afford to refund anymore after the countless refunds they have already given because they were unable to deliver product within a reasonable time. After seven years, 2 of the 5 components (WALL and ROAD) in the Pro Kit are still not even in production and no time frame for delivery. That is why they started a Hello Kit that did not include them. They knowingly took orders they knew they did not have the production capacity to deliver in a reasonable time.
I have reviewed the status and as I said after 4 years they still have not given me any idea of delivery and after repeatedly requesting a refund they are still refusing to do so. Instead they had the nerve to have one of their pathetic people beg me to invest. After I read reviews and complaints from some of their investors you would have to be a complete idiot to trust them to not go belly up.
I have to now file a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back that they are so desparate to keep. If that is not a red flag to stay away from buying or investing in this company, what is?

Ordered two years ago and still have received absolutely nothing but excuses and multiple refusals to refund. Why would they continue to harp new products when they can’t deliver any of the back orders? Total scam.

"Feels like a scam"
I placed my order with Magfast in Oct. 2019with the understanding that there would be a delay as with most pre-orders.
Understandably COVID hit and made things a lot more complicated. At first there was a lot of communication and it made me feel like things still had potential.
Then by the time 2023 came around with barely any REAL communication on the status of things I had lost most hope of ever receiving what I ordered.
I recently received an email, April 2024, stating with a "Crucial Magfast Update" but of course it was vague and hinted at bad news. Naturally Seymour won't say anything without holding a damn webinar.. 2 weeks after the email date.
The company refuses to refund me and they won't answer whether or not I'll ever receive what I paid for. Plus they are shipping brand new products without working on the backlog of items that people have already paid for.
UPDATE:
Magfast's "Crucial Update" (that they think I'll be excited to hear about) was them telling us that we will be not ever receive our order and instead get credit towards purchasing the new line of product that they will only sell what they have in stock.
So basically I don't get what I ordered (even though they are for purchase in the shop) and I only get credit back. If I still want a charger from them, which I don't, then I'll have to pay even more money to get one.

I was having a problem with registering my Heathrow luggage (which I adore, by the way). I was so very frustrated because I was so excited after opening it up and seeing the lovely surprise inside!! MAGFAST does go the extra mile when servicing their products. My problem was resolved and I am a happy camper - I mean soon-to-be traveler!!

"cancelled investment perks"
I made a substantial investment in the company in late 2021. In exchange for reaching a certain investment threshold, I was promised to receive a limited edition "hello" kit and an additional "air" wireless charger. I have been patiently waiting for over two years. This February, all outstanding orders were inexplicitly cancelled from my account. I have been writing to customer service for two months, and even though they acknowledge I am entitled to the shipment, nothing is being sent, and the order remains cancelled on my account page. Two months ago (March 6), they agreed to ship my order if I provided an address (which I provided), but since then, all I get from them is a standard response "We are experiencing a particularly high volume of emails at the moment" type of email. This is very disappointing to be a long-term investor and be treated this way. Today (5/7), I received a nice reply indicating they are "committed to sorting [my issue] out", but no indication of a resolution nor timeframe. fingers still crossed...
