Products are as advertised and of high quality. I have had to be patient with MAGFAST understanding that brilliant idea is not perfected overnight. That being said I am very satisfied with my products and have complete faith in the hardworking men and women at MAGFAST.

"Ordered in 2018 - many excuses now wanting to charge extra to ship"
In 2018 I placed an order as part of their crowdfunding. I only just today was contacted that they are finally ready to ship to me (6 years later) and I just had to confirm my shipping address. But not that simple after over half a decade of waiting they want to charge me shipping unless I add on certain products for another couple of hundred. Feels like a total scam now and there is no way I'm giving them a credit card to charge me for shipping or anything else.
The response about Magbucks is crap, says I can only use the towards 50% of a product so you are still trying to extort more money from me and not living up to the original promise for what I gave money for in the original crowdfunding. You can call it a rose but it still stinks!

he even started with Magfast. Magfast replaced the product that he originally started and I knows that when Magfast came along, I could trust the company. I am not big into” investing my money” but I knew his reputation and if it’s a product that I know I would want I felt comfortable doing it. If you believe in this product, you will never be sorry. Thank you Magfast.

Just received my Heathrow carry on suitcase and I have to say it is everything you said it would be. Looking forward to trying it out on a trip. Now I am just waiting for my extreme to arrive to make it complete. Have given out many cables as gifts and everyone loves them.

I ordered my pre-order on 3/5/2021. I could only put my "date of experience" field to 12 months ago since that field is limited. My preorder is in batch 31. The first time the batches were delayed, I was supposed to receive my preorder in October 2023. Well, that date came and went, and we were told that the batches were delayed again and to keep checking the "batch schedule," which I do almost daily. According to that schedule, every batch through 26 has now been delivered. But batches 27-31 have been listed with the explanation, "We will post updates here for batches 27-31 immediately after we receive them from our manufacturer - and we’ll email you to let you know. " This message has been on the status page for several months and never changes. I know there have been supply chain issues due to COVID and other factors, but this is just being used as an excuse now! Other companies are once again shipping product.
We're supposed to be getting weekly LIVE updates. I haven't seen one of those posted since the end of 2023. It's like Seymour and Kate have disappeared. It was very nice that they could take an around-the-globe trip to promote the Heathrow line, which doesn't appear to be shipping either! I'm so glad I canceled my orders for those, or I'd be out another chunk of money.
I really believed in this company. I really wanted them to succeed. I invested in you, and at least at the moment, Magfast has really let us down. If anyone from Magfast ever reads these reviews anymore, please tell Seymour and/or Kate to give us an explanation of what is going on. For those of us who have patiently waited to receive our product for over 3 years now, there should be weekly updates to your status page with much more information besides "We will post updates here for batches 27-31 immediately after we receive them from our manufacturer." I could have walked to China and back by now to pick up my product.
I was a true believer, and real supporter. If I weren't I wouldn't have invested. I'm really happy for those customers who have at least received part of their pre-order. I have no faith anymore that the other parts (wall, time, etc.) of any pre-orders will ever be delivered to any of us.
So Magfast, please prove me wrong. Or at least be transparent and tell us what is really going on. I'd much rather be told, sorry, you are never receiving your products, rather than waiting another 3 years wondering if I ever will.

I have paid $138 for product, watched webinar and emailed several times and I have NOTHING for my money other than a generic response email and no product or nothing that is on my account showing that I bought it other than I have proof that I paid with an invoice receipt - NOT HAPPY CAMPER!!!

When I try to register my fingerprint RF ID it says that this product was never shipped!

I've been waiting almost 4 years for my products. No one answers the phone number associated with their company. It's just a recorded message, tell you to go to their website. I receive only automated responses to any emails I send. Right now, it looks like I'll need to contact the Attorney General to report fraud.

If not a Apple user, doesn't seem to benefit me. I have tried to get i!!t the extreme to charge, and to charger other products, If it does charge, doesn't last and if I can get off my case of my Samsung, then it might charge.
The LUX Cords on the Other hand are awesome.
