Update July 24, 2024. I got the response to my review, a FULL 5 months later. Already withdrew my investment.
To reply to me saying “MAGFAST no longer ‘accepts’ pre-orders” makes it sound like Magfast had nothing to do with encouraging everyone and their mother to sign up and pre-order now, which was a demonstrated false demand signal Magfast could use to further false confidence and funding advantage.
It seems Magfast started to apologize, never actually did, makes this statement and then never addresses other elements of my review, like the worldwide boondoggle for suitcase marketing to distract everyone while the ship was sinking. Thanks for your canned response Magfast. You became exactly what you informed everyone you wouldn’t and violated trust of your early supporters. Sad.

After 3 years of sticking with MAGFAST and withdrawing my investment funds this week, I further decided to check the variety of reviews on some other sites they continue to claim provide great credibility to them and their products. Magfast may not be able to please all of the people, all of the time, but they are definitely failing at pleasing many people who TRUSTED them.
This ship 🚢 seems to be going down. Communications to investors and pre-orderers has been woefully mismanaged and it is reflected in the ever increasing negative reviews. Bragging about being at a 4.6 months ago? Well, it’s down to 4.4.
And your responses to people who once had faith in you are at best, argumentative. NOT A GOOD LOOK to owning the dissatisfaction. The commonality on the dissatisfaction is MAGFAST. Own it.
Not a good look. You are losing confidence from the people who trusted your hype. Be more transparent about your commitments to deliver which products and be accountable to your schedule.
THE LAST STRAW———Going around the world tour last year to gain marketing attention on a non-core product (suitcases) was one of the many last straws on this company’s poor communication and operations decisions given the risk taken by investors and pre-purchasers.
Never once received even a cord for being an investor nor my preordered items.
