"They only send cables. nothing else."

Cables seem to be all they ever send out But ebmven those are sub par. many have experienced the ends disconnecting. apparently they aren't even saudered into place. Just the plasticsleeve holds them in place.

I also ordered over 1100 dollars worth of their other products of which I have never received. The webinar I watched promised by Christmas. I only wish I would have looked up the reviews earlier. some have been waiting over 5 years

"Quality"

They really care about the quality of their products. That seems to be rare these days. I'm still waiting on some items from an early order. They wouldn't ship until the quality was right. Now playing catch up. I'd rather have quality than fast junk.

"Most innovative product I've seen in years"

First off the product is beautiful and functional...like something we use every day. The engineer is engaging and seems to have thought of all the caveats that will make the product even better and more functional. Second, who doesn't dream of getting in on the ground floor of a company that has the true growth capability because they are so relevant to now and to the future. Third, the decrease of carbon footprint and the donation of planting trees based on what a consumer purchases shows a TRUE thought process into the future. Fourth, the dedication to customer service both with the phone and email touts to be unmatched. Fifth, the STANDARD warranty is incredible showing full faith in the products, but also gives option to upgrade the warranty to a plus and to DOUBLE the year availability giving this product up to 6 YEARS of warranty! Now that is innovative! Finally, I cannot wait to get my hands on my ProKit and figure out which of my family members would benefit best from which piece or if I just want to keep them all to myself and my hubby LOL! Oh yea, and the color they offer other than the beautiful Alpine White happens to be my favorite color and I about fell out of my chair when I saw it! I am so excited!

"$990 order still no product after almost 4 years"

I ordered $990 worth of product from them in May of 2020 and still no shipments and they just keep moving back my "batch". I have demanded a refund which they have refused to provide. I filed an FTC complaint with report fraud section of the FTC website.

Placed an order in 07/21 and have yet to see anything! I did order Lux cables and got them. They are great! Still not happy about 3 year wait for other products!!!

I ordered in 2020 and still have not received my items. I pre-ordered to assist in them getting started but 4 years later I'm still getting excuses. I will be contacted Better Business Bureau and anyone else I can to report this company. I have been contacting them recently and can't get satisfaction.

"Exceptional chargers and charging cables."

I have been “on board” with Magfast since its initial crowdfunding. I have been impressed with their transparency and communications throughout the development process. And now I am enjoying these amazing chargers and Lux cables. Product designs and performance are everything they said they would be. I received my first Extreme Life Kit in August 2023 and have enjoyed the chargers at home and during overseas trips. There is nothing on the market that can compete with Magfast. I have placed additional orders as well as preorders at the beginning of development.

What a beautifully engineered cable, I bought these in November 22 and have subjected them to daily use and they still look brand new and work perfectly

"Never received my products - most likely a scam"

I purchased a pro kit for $300 back on Jan. 11, 2021. I still have not received my products and there has been little to no communication except for new products that they are releasing. I knew they were a startup and said that it was getting crowd funding but like another review, they are coming out with new products all the time.

Every time I check my batch status, the date moves several months back, almost like I will never get the product. When I reach out to support, I always get the same answer of "check your batch status".

Waste of time and money.

Update: I still have not received any products or credits. If you have products in stock, ship me what I paid for.

You didn't replace the part that broke just because I moved.other than that my experience has been good if only you would replace my broken adapter you would make my experience more positive
