"Magfast superior charging cord"

I bought my Magfast charging cord online at Amazon, then received a free adapter for my Apple products very quickly, direct from Magfast. I was very pleased with how fast I could charge my two devices! Since I got it, my adult children have also bought theirs, both very happy indeed! That is three in our family with three thumbs up. Now my other daughter needs one and asked because her siblings convinced her it’s worth the extra money. She asked today for ordering info. Mine was purchased before Christmas, my son and daughter got theirs in January, also through Amazon. I will see if my younger daughter wants to get hers from Magfast’s website, or also through Amazon.

I place orders and then I am told it will told that it will be at least a month before it ships. I had to chase My original order from initial order to be told that I missed my order by months and no one made an attempt to see why I did not receive my products.

"Performance for cost is abysmal"

One of the biggest complaints is how long it has taken to actually deliver the products. 3 1/2 years is a bit long even for a crowdfunding company. I finally received my “pro kit” which is still missing Road & Wall with no expected shipping date. Worse is the small capacity of the units especially considering the cost. Yes, they are innovative, they look great, the packaging is similar to Apple, often better than the product enclosed. The Extreme has only 6000 mAh rating. It can’t even charge my iPad to 100%. It contains only 3 cells. My 30,000mAh cost 1/3 the price and can charge my iPad and phone to 100% on one charge. The Life is almost a joke. Again the for the cost the product is underwhelming at best. Finally, the company was/is pushing multiple new products when they haven’t even shipped products sold over 3 years ago.

Update due to reply. I apologize I did misstate the capacity of the Extreme, it is 18,000mAh. In regards to cable used, it’s the same cable used on either unit. My point is had I not gotten the deal paid originally, I would never purchase the items at their current price.

I have 6 kids and there mates, 8 grand kids coming and going in my house regularly. Everyone needs to recharge the assorted gadgets that they bring with them. Charging time is important to keep the rabble from becoming restless. I purchased 8 charging cables. 3 for me to have available here and the other 5 for gifts to my kids. Best Christmas gifts ever!!! We love the speed and design. The adapter was a extra special piece that everyone was pleased to have. The packaging is superb! Being able to register a charging cable is unheard of until Magfast! I am very pleased with this product and this company. I am on the wait list for other products coming from this company.

The cord is very durable, the quality is high, it doesn't have charge times keep getting longer like some cheap cords from the big online store. It also has a warranty for free replacement, I don't anticipate needing to use it, but am at ease knowing if anything happens it will be covered

As a business coach I know that people frequently and easily send emails and comments to complain about products and services and far too few send about kudos and satisfaction.

I have been following you and invested in your productsI believe, since 2019 before CoVid and I have watched you struggle with getting things together and accomplishing something.

I had bought the cables from you earlier and was impressed with their length and quality. I didn’t say anything then about it. However, now that I received the first half of my products, Life, Extreme and Air (plus the cables) I have to say I am particularly impressed with the quality and the ease of use.

If you have the extra money, and dont mind waiting 6 months to a year for your order, then you wont be disappointed. I wish I had known when I ordered how long it would take, but other than that I am really excited to recieve my products. Hopefully production rates start to increase. They really do look amazing
