It took me a minute, but when I did reach someone about my pre-orders, he gave me the information I needed for shipping timeframe. He was polite, professional, and very thorough. He put my mind at ease, and I’m excited to receive my pre-orders in the near future.

When I first heard about Magfast three years ago I was enthralled with their plan. I knew I was signing up for a journey. They have been amazing about keeping their customers up-to-date regarding the status of manufacturing and shipping. I ordered the family of products that included Extreme, Life, Air, and Wall. I have received the Extreme, Life, and Air. Wall is still in manufacturing.

The products I have received were everything promised. My whole family uses them and they have been wonderful for when we travel. They are a breed unto themselves.

Everything this company does is EXTREMELY professional and premium.

Some things are currently shipping and some things require a wait but they are worth it!

I don't have any relation to the company other than being part of the whole journey for three years.

One other thing. I have, on two occasions, used the Magfast Extreme to start my car when I had a dead battery.

"Tar fram och levererar produkter lagom tills de är utdaterade"

Det här företaget startade tidigt 2017 med en kickstarter-kampanj för en Qi-1-produkt som hade varit aktuell och rätt bra om den levererat de närmaste tre åren, sisådär.

Motsvarande MagSafe-standard för Apple kom år 2020, som de valde att INTE stödja (efter en liten enkät de antingen var dumma nog att lyssna på från dåvarande kunder som förstås bara hade gammal utrustning), och den öppna och bättre Qi 2 år 2023, inte heller den stödd.

Min Magfast Air levererades i januari 2024 med stöd för Qi 1, som var rätt standard för 4+ år sedan men inte har någon lysande framtid eller ens nutid. Undvik alltså att kasta pengar på produkter de inte kan leverera idag, då det inte går fort fram för dem, och de lägger stora delar av sin tid på slafsiga video-PR-utskick av alla de slag som sällan till aldrig är värda din tid att se.

Vad kan sägas om Magsafe Air? Den levereras i en låda som på utsidan ser ut som om de siktar åt Apple-stilen i låddesign, men helt missar mål: lådan är tänkt att hållas i locket och sakta glida ur, men de har helt fel toleranser på passningen, så man måste hålla i locket och skaka mycket våldsamt för att underdelen sakta ska komma ut långt nog för att du ska kunna ta tag i den och dra ut den - då det inte finns någonstans att hålla, om man inte skär sig in i den med kniv, sax eller så.

Produkten själv är inplastad i film med litet luftbubblor här och där som också ser rätt sunkigt ut, och då det är svårt att hitta kanten på filmen det är tänkt man ska dra bort, kommer somliga kunder förmodligen använda den med det fula plastfodralet på. När man lyckats få av all plast, funkar den dock precis som tänkt, och passar in med de andra redan levererade produkterna i familjen.

Lyckligtvis funkar den BÄTTRE än Magfast Extreme och Life, vilka båda tvingar dig hitta en specifik punkt att trycka hårt på för att starta laddning, medan den här nöjer sig med att du sätter din telefon på sin platta för att den ska börja laddas.

Det här är kanske produkten att ge någon som är fast med en gammal iPhone 11 eller äldre som inte har vare sig MagSafe-stöd eller Qi 2, och har någon av de andra nödvändiga Magfast-produkterna (säg, Life / Extreme, eller kommande Wall, som troligen kommer ut vilket år som helst). Har du en iPhone 15 eller senare, sikta dock på något som stödjer Qi 2, och något däremellan kommer vara mycket trevligare med en lagom Magsafe-laddare.

When I attended the magfast Lux release party I had no idea how great a product I was about to purchase! It wasn’t until I received my 'magfast Lux charging system" that I learned the true measure of detail that was exercised in creating this "system." Although my entire system was stolen (probably because I brag about it to EVERYONE I came across) I was so impressed by EVERY PART. I don't know if it was the gold connections or the obviously high quality cables, but after 2 straight weeks of forcing almost 90 watts of power through the magfast Lux charging cable, I experienced 0.00% latency loss, I was thrilled! Definitely the best charging choice I could've made. Hopefully one day when I could afford it (they're actually quite affordable!) I'll repurchase the whole system and get the feeling back of having the best charger (in my opinion) ever! Ands it's cool that the cables get registered to the owner. Before buying these products I had no idea I'd be bragging about cables, but these! Omg. I remember telling a random construction worker he needed durable cables like these if he expects to have cables that'll survive what he puts em through. He ended up buying the entire set of magfast products. I could go on for hours talking about these products. But I'll leave you with this: This is probably the best charging system to ever exist! Period.

"I'm still waiting."

Even though my original purchase from batch 19 should have shipped, I still haven't received it. I tried to use your "verify address" link twice and ended up with unwanted items in my cart. I've contacted customer support multiple times but have had slow response and only partially addressing my concerns. I follow Magfast often and I invested in the company but I am worried about the high-pressure sales during the "verify address" process and why is it necessary anyway? I received an extreme from my second order and it is working nicely.
