"Worst charger I have ever used"

Worst charger I have ever used. Half the time my phone doesn't charge with the AIR phone charger. It has to be placed perfectly in place on any of the chargers for it to charge. Also, the slowest charge. The only reason I give them 1 star is the charge cords are nice. Don't waste your money on their chargers.

"Great products, slow production & shipping."

MAGFAST makes great products from cables, to chargers, to power cells, and even luggage which all work together with one another. Their products are high quality and innovative which of course puts them higher in price than the budget manufacturers.

The only real negative is the long wait for newly launched products purchased during presale events. They offer amazing deals and specials if you buy early during a product launch event promotion. However you will be waiting a very long time without your money until the product you purchased if available to be released and start shipping.

"Somewhat Disappointed Overall"

The Form Factor of the units is fantastic. I have no issues with that. I did have to wait a long, long time for delivery, and I still have not received all of my items.

My major point of disappointment is the battery capacity and charge retention of these units. My Magfast Life Units cannot even fully charge my Samsung Galaxy phone without running out of juice.

My Magfast extreme loses its' charge when simply sitting in my car for a few months.

I find this VERY disappointing.

An amazing system of chargers. As an early purchaser I also got a great value. There are so many features it should be double the price.

"Overall great product"

I have purchased the power cords, primarily. They are certainly top quality. Expensive, but top quality. The only negative is that the connector for USB to USB-C really doesn’t work - the powering is so slow that it’s really not worth using. Simple fix, just get an additional AC -USB-C plug. But that’s a fairly minor point - the real thing is that I no longer worry about buying power cords that work poorly, or fail quickly.

The extreme is on backorder I'm not happy with having to wait so long I could have used the money to buy a charger from Canadian tire store.

"Having waited 950 days for Extreme"

Having waited 950 days for Extreme, Air, and Life and still waiting for Wall (over 1250 days and counting), I was disappointed by the performance of these units. My cheap chargers equalled or beat the Magfast chargers which sell at a premium price. Air was too finnicky in the positioning of my S23+ as my cheap charger allows more flexibility in placement of the phone on the unit. Life and Extreme are ordinary in their battery life - again, WHY the premium price? Lastly, now that I have returned my products, the Customer Service response time, which usually took a week, has doubled - now at 15 days - and counting - since I notified Magfast they now have my order in their possession and am waiting for the refund. Disappointment seems to be the most plentiful product they make and I was hoping to be impressed.

All of the products were explained very simply and in great detail. Love the animation videos to give an greater understanding of the product.
