"I feel like i've been scammed"

THEY DELETE ALL NEGATIVE COMMENTS ON THER FACEBOOK PAGE.

NOW Magfast says my order would not come till late summer, 2024, whereas recently they were saying 1st quarter 2024, which was totally different than what they’d said during the sales pitch back in Sept 2023.

These may be great cables — I’ll never know.
… Likely outdated by the time a person receives them, maybe a year later.
Yet they are constantly soliciting new orders.

They have refunded my money. I’m glad I’m out.
I’d encourage folks to be very wary of this company.
There’s a Facebook page for folks who have been waiting for their orders for YEARS!

Buyer beware.

I definitely said I’ll post elsewhere, bc this company has not been responsive UNTIL I posted this negative review2 days ago. Now, suddenly they are responding.
I’m just stating facts.
I denied asking for a refund BC I had forgotten about this review. In no email did I ask for a refund. All I wanted was a solid shipping date and my Batch Number — their website in which a customer could ask for their batch number was broken, despite trying multiple times.

No response until I posted this factual review.

I had felt comfortable ordering bc these products were avaible on Amazon, and had good reviews, but of course a better deal was given by ordering from them directly.

How can they still be a start up company when they started over 7 years ago?! (2016)

I made this order Sept 9, 2023.
I have not received anything yet.
Never was there any warning that these would be so delayed. These were going to be Christmas presents! Then you told me that they would arrive in the first quarter of 2024!
That period is half way over, and still no word at all. No emails at all re: delays or ANYTHING.

Yet, I continually receive solicitations for MORE products to buy.
How can you be that far behind-- almost 5 months ago??
I am not at all pleased with this.
I would like a refund.

Okay well first of all. I think Seymour. And I hope I spelled that correct, haha.
He sounds like a true honest guy.
I haven't actually experienced the products as of yet as I'm still waiting for my cables to arrive.
Now all I've heard from Seymour is that his MAGFAST products are amazing and I have faith in him that they're going to be exactly that, amazing!
So because I have faith in every aspect of MAGFAST. I'm looking forward to using the products and I'm sure they'll be great.
I cannot wait to enjoy them, write a more knowledge review and then continue buying from MAGFAST for years I hope.

"March 2021 and no product yet."

I placed a pre-order in March, 2021, for a charger kit. $297 and I don't even remember what the kit included. It's probably obsolete by now. I understood early on that this was a startup company using crowd funding, so I expected a reasonable delay.

Since my pre-order, there have been new product introductions and continual hype, but no delivery of my order.

Based on my experience with the company, I think it's been a scam all along.

I love these cables for their quality. Magfast has produced these to be luxe and premium, and they are. I'm glad I purchased these.

"TRULY AMAZING CORDS"

Initially, I placed two separate orders of which some were “preorder items”. I quickly received the white MagFast C-lightening and white C to C power cords because they were already in stock. These were gifts and everyone’s feedback was how impressed they were with the quality and fast charging capability of their cords. While it is true, I have yet to receive all the “preorder” items, I will sit patiently as will the individuals receiving these Christmas gifts because they see the quality of the cords and are willing to wait for the same exceptional quality from the preordered items. I have since placed several other orders for white cables and quickly received those too. When the “preordered” items do come in, I will do another review. If they turn out to be like what I have already received, it will have been well worth the wait as there are also lots of freebies coming with those orders. Also, I have emailed their customer service and they immediately replied, explained, and answered all my questions. The delays are something one should expect with a small company that strives to manufacture exceptional and excellent products…remember, they are guaranteed for life…quality takes time.

I love this product!! They have always answered my questions. I can be a little scattered brain but their patient with me, explain things to me.
I’ve decided everyone in my family are getting a MAGFAST charging cord for Christmas and I’ve started shopping already!! Thank you for making such a great product!!

I was a part of the initial pre orders in 2019. I didn't expect a product immediately and I was excited when I received notice that they were shipping soon. My "batch" went out in October and despite several emails to customer service (where I've gotten robo responses) I have no product. No refund. No anything. I am highly disappointed.
