"Best charger and Charging Cables ever!"

Received my Extreme last month and I’ve been using my charging cables for a while now. Best charging cables ever! They look and feel amazing! The cables don’t break like my other brands did. And the Extreme Charger is amazing! I love the way they magnetize. Went on a youth group trip and we never had any issues keeping everyone ‘s phones and headsets charged. AAA++++++++++

"Great quality products, worth the wait?"

Found the products originally on indiegogo and supported their launch. Don’t get me wrong you know there’s nothing being delivered this week. However the magfast charger took about 1 year to be delivered. Worth the wait?? Possibly yes. As a charger it’s pretty amazing, iPad and three phones charging didn’t even phase it!! I’m wanting to try the laptop but keep forgetting. But I believe it will do it!! I’ve charged the equivalent of 8 full phones from one recharge. (Combination of iPhone 14 max pro, iPhone 12, and S24ultra) AirPods iPad Pro etc. for me what really deflated things is delivery, I’m still waiting for cables to arrive and a multiplug. Order again?? There are just as good products out there that deliver quicker.

"Going on 4 years and all of the…"

Going on 4 years and all of the products I ordered have yet to be delivered. They crowd funded on these and they respond that there wall unit is still in development. Apple has upgraded their iPhone 3-4 times in this period and Magfast can't get a wall plug out.

Meanwhile they launch new products, have capital raising campaigns, crowd fund more but can't seem to fulfill their prio commitments.


Their TrustPilot ratings appear high for their low-end Luxe cable being replaced already by newer versions but these ratings hide the fact they can't deliver on orders from 4 years ago. The Luxe cable tips break off easily which Magfast replaces through their warranty. But there are better more durable cables on Amazon. Don't let extra latex coating and gold coatings on tips fool you. These do not improve quality or durability, it's just shinier and newer without the power. Magfast needs to take care of their prior commitments before marketing newer average products.

My cord started getting hot and just stopped working so I contacted customer service. They were prompt and courteous with their response to my concern. They live up their promise of replacing your charging cord should it stop working. They are sending me a new cord; I couldn't be more pleased as I love how fast it charges!

"Worth the wait!!"

I was so excited to receive my Hello Kit. I can honestly say it was worth the wait. The Extreme is fabulous. I set my phone on it when I get home and it charges faster than any other product I gave ever used. The Life goes everywhere I go. It’s the perfect size in my purse. My Lux cables changed up the Extreme in a few hours and my Life in less than an hour. Keep up the great work Seymour and the Magfast team!!

It's magnetic, so I know my Apple Watch is definitely attached to charge. Since it's compact it will definitely fit in my purse or carryon. I can use it for my iPhone 14 Max and Apple Watch, that is great for travel. Highly recommend!!

The cable is beautiful but the free adaptor wasn't in the box.
