"Magfast products are impressive!"

I am not going to lie, I was getting worried about my Magfast purchase. They have had delays in getting their products out and I was beginning to think it was a scam. Then, they came out with some cables and they were going to be ready to ship quick, so I ordered some. I got the cables, which restored some of my trust in the company, but the ultimate products I wanted still weren't in my hands. Well, I just received my Air, Life, and Extreme and they are awesome. The company is real! The videos are real! I am doing my own capacity tests at the moment and so far everything looks good. I haven't yet tried the jumper cables with extreme, but I have already taken Life on a trip and I have Air on my nightstand. I am looking forward for the rest of the Hello Kit to arrive (Wall, Road, and I also got Time). The LED's work great, just as described. They all feel great to hold and are very well manufactured. Charging is exactly what you would expect it to be, whether wired or wireless, it just works. It will be nice when production gets in full swing, I already have people that would like to purchase their own.

I am thoroughly enjoying my MagFast products so far. However the reason I only have 4 stars was because of a slight glitch with my order where I was charged for my Extreme when I had already paid for it through my order with Indiegogo. After numerous emails back and forth I received a credit for the extra charge. I was also a bit disappointed that I did not receive 2 extra mini cables to use with the Extreme unit. (Only received a usb c cable with it and not a lightening or mini usb cable which I thought came with extreme. That was probably me assuming it came with the extra cables. My overall experience with MagFast so far has been positive. Thank you MagFast for your wonderful products so far!

"The Air does not work"

The Air does not work. It will not charge my iPhone. I have been in contact with customer service, completed the form to explain specific issues. The phone charges on Magfast Extreme, and via regular charging cords, but it will not charge on Air. I am hoping to hear back from Magfast with a replacement.

I recently ordered the new MAGFAST Lux Pro USB-C to USB-C Cable. I can hardly wait for them to arrive. The Lux cables are wonderful and everyone I have given them to loves them. These new Pro cables will be a wonderful addition to my home. They are a great price and the freebies that come with the package I chose are fantastic.

I'm a fan from way back! My wall chargers still work and I love them and Seymour's concept. During the first crowd funding, Seymour was updating investors and asking for feedback almost on a daily basis. His conscientious efforts then have made it easy for me to choose to support his endeavors now.
The magnetic connections are a fantastic upgrade to his products and I, too, believe it to be the future normal. Thank you, Seymour, for your ingenuity, perseverance and hard work!!!
