Their product remains a top of the line product, and once they get some of the start-up issues resolved the company should take-off.

I received this order in a reasonable length of time--about two weeks. It was well packed and delivered safely. I failed to understand the complexities of the Life that was part of the order and what I thought was a missing item. Customer service (Britani) clarified my lack of understanding without making me feel too dumb and I was able to get on with my Magfast products.

"So far I only have the MAGFAST…"
So far I only have the MAGFAST lightning cable but I have lux cables ordered for as soon as they are available. I have been wanting chargers and especially MAGFAST extreme and was just waiting for a good deal. This seems to be an excellent deal for the pro-kit with the extreme and battery charging cables included so I ordered. Will be anxiously awaiting my shipment.

time between orders and shipping is erratic. Partial orders are shipped and shipping information is not always provided in a timely fashion. The products are of high quality, but the shipping side needs work.

I sat through the presentation and bought various items but did not realize that most of the product is not available for shipment. I did get the Red cable and lightning cables but everything else is backorded with no clear ship date. What i received so far is nice but communication from customer support was cryptic

"Forced to buy something I didn’t want or need"
There must have been a glitch in the system, and I was forced to pay for an unknown item. I made sure I unchecked every box, and made sure all the counters said zero. However, the customer support is amazing. They refunded me the amount and canceled the order for the items that I didn’t want. This company is truly amazing. I love the Lux and I am excited to see the Lux Pro once they get delivered. They put as much energy into making an amazing product and they truly care about the customer. Once you try this product you will be a customer for life!!! This is truly a company that cares and is true to what they say. I would give them 10 stars if possible!!
